SETC & TNSTC online Booking

Its really frustrating to see that the online reservation facility has not been enabled so far. Is this a complex thing involving rocket science? In fact, the TNSTC people sitting at the reservation counters are able to do the reservation online. Then why can�t this facility be open to the Public? Why is the hesitation? What do this TN transport officials want to achieve? They�re only denying the government from getting profited abundantly and whereas the other corporations such as KSRTC are cashing in by providing convenient services . Government is there to make things easily accessible to the Public and not to trouble by being backward even in this simple implementation. SIR PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY STEPS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE..,

TAMILNADU RENT CONTROL ACT

Dear sir, I would like to state that the present tamilnadu rent control act has to be modified as the present law is favouring the tenant and many people in tamilnadu where the landlord is suffering because the tenant is not vaccacting the premises even after 10 years or 20 years and law is supporting the tenant and not to the owner of the property. Even though the reason is geniune, the owner has to pay huge amouont almost equivalent to the property value. Because of this only manjy Kattapanchyat etc is happening in the tamilnadu state and over all some people are banking on the influentital people and many people are living on the others money. I strongly suggest you to bring a law where in the owner should have a rights to vaccate tenant when he is in need of the property. in this regard, i would request you to go through the total number of civil cases filed in the tamilnadu and it may be a big number and so many advocates are enjoying because of the present law. many poor people are spending more time with lawyers and they were misleading the public also. I hope that you would understand the problem and look for a favourable reply at the earliest. Thanks and Regards Rajarajan

Regarding posting for staff engaged in Tsunami work in Revenue Department

Hon'ble Deputy Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu. During the Tsunami 2004, all the coastal district, the relief & rehabilitation work were carriedout witht the temporary staff appointed through employment exchange. The staff were worked day and night considering the tsunami devastation. The entire tmpory staff except Office Assistants (Peons) and Drivers all other staff were retrenced on 31.05.2009. The representations were made to the governement for obsorbing them in regular employment and the file is pending with Revenue section at Government level. This may please be looked in to with sympathatic consideration and order passed at the earliest to obsorb the retrenched persons. Thanking you sir, V. Arulprakash

Req for the land document

Respected Sir, We're staying in the above mentioned address for more than 40 years. But still we didn�t receive the proper land document (patta). We're paying all the taxes properly. We complained to the concerned person, but didn�t receive any positive response. For the past 5 years we're struggling to get the land document. We're a poverty line family, please do the needful to get the land document for us at the earliest. On 28th December we tried to meet you on the occasion of the samathuvapuram opening at Nambiyur. But we are not lucky to get the opportunity to meet you. On the stage itself you issued the land documents for some other people who belong to our village, even you issued our land document also, but the government officials of gopichettypalayam are not disputing our land documents. Street light

Sir I am living in Viswanatham panchayat near sivakasi. i am studying in 12th std in vinayakar matric hr sec school sivakasi. so our school conducting night study for us. during night it is very difficult to go to my home because there is no proper street lights in road which connect sivakasi and viswanatham. so please instruct the officers to lay street lights in that road.

Traffic at Thiruvetriyur

First Wish you a very happy new year. I came to know ur website thru'Kalaignar TV recently. you are doing more than enough facilities for south and central Chennai.But Thiruvetriyur is just 8 kms from center of city. From Toll gate to TVT bus stand road condition is very poor, it is not blaming. more weighted container trailers made T.H road very worst. Load bearing capacity of T.H road is designed for buses. but atleast 250 trailer/day and each trailer atleast 40t is passing day(actaully banned in day time but they r using)&night. Kindly regulate this and arrange to beautify like south chennai. Thank you.

Hello Sir, Wish You A Happy New Year! 1.I come to know about this website through a TV channel only.Most others does not even know about this.You can make them aware by various means. 2.For evey activity, a measurable is required.Let the people register their queries & once they are solved, they themself have to rate the satisfaction level.This can be done for several catogries and a consolidated milelage can be arrived. 3.The same strategy can be deployed accross different levels of governence.Let that be governed by ministers or officers so that you can see the consolidated performance. 4.Not everyone is able use these communication media.From the youth wing, co-ordinators can be identified.But there should also be a healthy competition between these coordinators. Pepper Spray

To Honourable Dy.CM Sir This is regarding the Report in The "Indian Express "on the front page yesterday about the use of Pepper Spray by Chennai City Police. Followed by another Article in The Kumutham Reporter Magazine today about the same and the opinion by opthalamogist about the problems faced the victims. The report says that chances of permanent vision loss is also possible. In the same article the Asst Commisioner has also said that he has asked the IT company employees also to purchase the same. Now the question in the minds of the people is the same spray can also be used by the Anti social elements for motives. The other is Police is trained to handle all kind of contigencies. By advocating the Spray technique and the use of the same by the Police ,the quality of the Training is questioned. We would request you to ask the concerned authorities to look in it. Why should a Single police officer advocate the IT companies to buy this.Why should one act as a Marketing Manager of a Private Firm. Bumpy Roads in Kovilambakkam

Sir, First of all Wish you a very happy new year.Congrats for all the efforts you are taking for the welfare of the people of TamilNadu. I would like to bring to your notice about the bumpy roads in Kovilambakkam area. Road laying works started few months back which was discontinued then..So the road laying works are in half way leaving large pits on the road. During the rains in past few weeks, it created huge problems for the public,making the transportation a nightmare.Please do the needful to complete road laying works. Thanks and Regards, Vinodh
