SUB-URBAN CITY

Respected Deputy Chief Minister, Sir. Your initiatives are of extreme use to the people of Chennai especially corporates. But you should be very much aware of the traffic congestion and other issues in Chennai. Though your government has constructed many fly-overs, daily, the number of people migrating to Chennai as an IT population is on the rise. Hence, to facilitate this, please formulate plans to set up sub-urban city (thunai nagaram) in and around Chennai at a faster pace. This will rise to ordered traffic as well as infrastructure development in such individual localities and sub-urban cities in and around Chennai. This will also lead to development of Chennai as a whole. One more small request, after going through the comments/suggestions of other people posting comments in your blogs, I sincerely feel that there are certain important suggestions from the other people posting comments which need to be discussed. So, is it possible to launch a program for half-an-hour in Kalaignar News (or DD Podhigai)to select certain important questions asked in the blog and discuss these issues which can answer the questions to the public? Moreover, Kalaignar news has good experts who can facilitate proper response to some important comments posted in your blog.

High Toll fee in perungalathur-koyembedu bypass road

Dear Sir,The toll fee for cars plying in the perungalathur-koyembedu bypass road has increased this month and it's difficult for office goers like us to pay huge amount just to reach the ambattur from tambaram. We pay huge amount of Tax but still we are forced to pay so much of amount like this to use the roads. Why don't the road ministry give some concession on Toll fee based on the tax that we pay.

Request for development

I am residing in a area called THUNDALAM which falls under KARAMBAKKAM PANCHYAT, PORUR. 1. I would like to know as how soon the government is planning to commence the long awaited Porur Fly over Project and the time frame planned for the same. 2. Although Thundalam village is having proximity to both Iyyapanthangal Bus Depot which is around 1.25 K.M to 1.5 K.M. and about 2 to 2.5 K.M. to reach Velappanchavadi on the Poonamallee HIgh Road all the general Public of this area in particular women/school going children/aged people are suffering to reach these two points in absese of MTC Bus Services. May be I can explain detail towards the need if required. 3. When we can expect drainage and metro water facility to this area.

ISSUE OF NEW RATION CARD

Dear Sir I wish to bring to your kind notice that I am living in East Tambaram area since 2005 . Till 2005 I was living in other states due to the nature of my job. Hence I did not have a ration card for my family members. Now I require the same, as proof for various purposes like applying for Pass port of my children, obtaining bank loans and for other purposes where address proof is reqd. I applied to Civil supplies office in Tambaram West (Shanmugam road) during 19/7 /2006, but so fare I have not recd any response and whenever I approach the office, I am not getting any proper answer. Hence I kindly reqst that a Ration card be issued to my family members at the earliest. I shall be thankful to you , if the same is issued at the earliest. Thanks / Kind regards Radhakrishnan

seek gov physiotherapist post

Respected sir, I am J.vadivel from Salem. In Govt Hospitals in Tamil nadu we have only 150 physiotherapists are working. In every Govt District head quarters hospitals per day 100 patients (OPD) are coming to take physio related treatment [osteoarthritis, Rhematoid arthritis, cervical and lumbar problems,cerebral palsy children, facial palsy, paraplegia, hemiplegia and all nerve palsy problems]. In every taluk hospitals 50 patients are coming to take physiotherpy related treatment. In every primary health centre[PHC] hospitals per day 20 to 30 patients are coming to take physiotherpy related treatment. In District head quarters hospital = 100 patients/day 32 Government hospitals = 3000 patients/day In taluk Govt. hospitals = 50 patients/day 110 taluk Govt. hospitals = 5000 patients/day In primary health centre[PHC] =10 to 15 patients/day 1400 primary health centre[PHC] =10,000 patients/day But in our state only 150 physiotherapists are working in Goverment hospitals. More than 20,000 physiotherapy graduates are waiting . So, please increase Government physiotherapists postings and create one physiotherapist post in each and every primary health centre hospitals It is our humble request sir.

Civic adminstration

Dear Sir, This is with reference to some unscrupulous elements living on our road turning our DEVAKIAMMAL STREET into an unauthorised zone for car and auto repair. The largely residential road has now got a lot of unauthorised mechanic sheds that have sprung up and have spoilt the peace and tranquility of this road. These mechanics work well into the hous of the night spoiling our sleep and the noise levels do not allow our children to study either. Can you please direct the civil administration authorities to please check on this aspect and restore residential areas to being residential areas alone?

my self ws branch managerm sbi labbaikudikdu in 2004 august to dec2004 grnted loans to all section of people in different sections due to the nonrecovery i was issued charge sheet for that the people of your party sarvashree .n.venakatachalam dy secretary perambalur dt. b.duraiswamy and d.kodiarasi, n.arumugam pennakonam town pnchayat president. his wife a.banumathy,and some others totl amount eight lacs which will affect my 33 years of service and superannuation benefit.after 4/1/2 years the loans were not closed. i reqquest to take steps and save me from punishmentby bank. all are financially well and these amounts sre not large. again i request you to take efforts and save my family thanking you b.s.natarajana

Dear sir, I am M.Dhanasekaran working as an Assistant Engineer in Technical Education section Paramakudi. You might have known that recently our association has conduted Rally in Chennai towards Cheppakkam guest house.(dt 17.7.09)One of the main ajendas for the rally is 6th pay commission salary disappointment. For your information all the infracture developement needs an engineer whether he may be Civil or Mechanical or others, But we are being given less important in the Government. Please just have look over the last three pay commission you could notice how w we are highly cornered with out any reasons.Most of recruitments are happened in your period first of all we prise for this action,the thing behind the new joinees are 6th pay commission nothing else.we are not given correct treatment as like you(but yours are revised 5 times with in three years). Please do the needful to do job with satisfication.Expecting reply from you.

Request for bus from Nathamuni

Respected sir, We live at thirunagar, a locality in villivakkam, chennai.There was a bus(47G) from korattur to T.Nagar via Nathamuni. But we just dont know for what reason, they stopped it.So whenever we people need to got to tnagar, adayar or some places in that route, it becomes tedious for us. compliant against death in school

My doughter was died on 15th October 2008 during school hours in Zion matriculation school, thirumalai nagar,Asthinapuram.My doughter had good health and no complaint in her body. We got the postmortam report. It says that death due to mental torchour only. This report was already sent to collector office, CM cell, comisioner office, Human rrghts, Thasildar office and DSP office. But till date they didnt take any action against this issue. So now we taken this issue to your table. We believe and trust your actions. So please kindly take this issue as serious manner and give me the solution. No Action Against Hindi Imposition?

I am having question for Dept CM Mr Stalin: I saw in this forum several posts regarding Hindi being imposed in CBSE school and these schools have been also named. What is Tamil Nadu government action going to be against them. Mr Thennarasu in last state has not included CBSE under Tamil Learning Act enforcement. Is Tamil Nadu government not having any plan to implement Tamil Nadu Tamil Learning Act 2006. It is already 3 years but still complains about Hindi imposition is pouring in. Why is this government not showing interest in safeguarding our language?

Application for Family Card

Respected Sir, I have been residing in Medavakkam for the last two and half years. And I am in need of a family card. The problem for me is I dont have a ration / family card earlier as my parents and my in-laws are not residing in India. I am working in a bank in Shollingnallur and hence myself and my wife are settled here in Medavakkam. Whenever I went to civil supplies office in Tambaram, they are asking me to remove mine and wife's name from our previous ration cards and produce the deletion certificate. When I informed them that we dont have a ration card and hence we cannot provide deletion certificate, they are not helping me in this regard. My sincere request to you Sir is to kindly help me out. Regarding MTC Bus

We have only few buses to our area which is creating problems for school children and general public in the peak hours. Almost a single bus is carrying people of strength that should be in two buses. Bus no. M9M never stops during the peak hours in the bus stand as the crowd in heavy, if u increase the frequency of buses in peak hour it will be very helpful to us.I kindly request you to consider this issue as soon as possible and make bus service a frequent one.

Respected Sir, Congratulations!!! My name is Velmurugan G, my native place is Jayankondam in Ariyalur dt. I belong to a lower class family. I have completed my B.E Degree in May 2003. I registered in the employment office in Santhome, Chennai, in Jan 2004. My Renewal date was Jan 2007. But at that time, due to ill health conditions, I could not renew my registration on time. After lot of complicated health problems just now I am little bit ok with my health. I can able to survive now. Last Sep 2008 I have gone to the employment office for the renewal of my registration. But couldn�t renewed my certificate, the reason they was, my registration is lapsed and they can't process the renewal. They also informed that I can re-register, in which case I will lose my four years of seniority. I am worried about this. I came to know from the official website of Employment Exchange that you have given special concession for the registrants whose registration had lapsed during the period 1/1/2004 to 31/12/2004 and 1.1.2005 to 31.12.2005 by letter No.27205/N2/2006-1, dated 18/08/2006. I sincerely appreciate your effort that helped thousands of registrants in Tamilnadu. In this juncture, if you can raise such a special renewal concession for the period including Jan 2007, many jobseekers including me would be benefited. Please kindly do the needful for my request. As I am from a poor family and sole earning member of my family, I will be very thankful if you consider my humble request. I have sent you the multiple mails to get your honorable help. Ground water theft

Dear Dy Cm, Dear sir, I am living in Nanmangalam village,near Medavakkam-south chennai.In this village daily minimum of 50lorries / 20 trips each taking the ground water from private wells illegally.the ground water level falls in dangerous condtios and the local bodies not supply the water properly and supported the lorry owners to water thef.The village peoples asked the lorry drivers to stop the water theft, but they attacking and shoughts the people with worst word and told we giving the pribe to president of village, counsilars,police etc Rs-300/ lorry per trip.They driving very harshly in the small village roads and peak hours the school childrens affect them to reach safely and right time to school.Basically this village have more supporters for DMK.Due to this illegal works by village administratives to spoil the goodname.last Local body elections all the DMK support candidates are loosing the results and MP elections Mr.R.S.Bharathi getting minimum votes here.(More than 5000 voters are here).I am kindly requested you to stop the illegal groung water theft and save the 5000 families and the party name(DMK). I am expecting the correct action at the earliest.If you having any doubts against this issue please take the secret enquiry before action. the villagers planing to road blocking on peak hours in another 15 days.This is for your kind informations. No Water Supply

We have placed a compliant with the Area office, they attempted to rectify the same but no fruitful action was taken. They supplied a water tanker for two days, but it was stopped for no reasons. ROADS in CHENNAI

Only ariterial roads are maintained (that too partially) for good motoring in Chennai. Rest of the roads (including the bus routes) are not upto the minimum expectations. The on going expansion of roads are delayed for reasons best known to the respective authorities only. In view of the delay, cost overrun become inevitable and the tax payers money is wasted for no fault on the citizen. For e.g. the road (8 km stretch) between St.Thomas Mount station and Medavakkam Junction is being on the widening job for morethan 4.5 years and still it is going on and on and on.... In the mean time the blue metal laid between Vellikal and Medavakkam Koot Road junction (in patches) have vanished and again the blue metal to be laid at the cost of our tax. Why this is? My humble request to you to either summon the respective MLA and ascertain the facts or you may make a surprise visit and interact with the people of the locality and understand how the tax payers money is wasted on this project for 100% delay. - Hopefully looking forward a definite action from your end at the earliest (as it is more than 4.5 years now the road project in progress). - regards, MURALI

Maduravoyal-Chennai Port elevated expressway and Cleaning coovam river

Maduravoyal-Chennai Port elevated expressway which is proposed to construct one side of coovum river.One side 11000 families will loose their houses and the otherside port desperately needs seperate road for truck transport. We suggest instead of building bridge road on the side of coovum river, we can construct bridge on the existing road that connects madurovayal to port road. This will avoid land acquisition, save cost, convenience and easy to maintain whereby ground road is used for common transport and bridge road for chennai port transport.
