Good governance

Deputy CM has a daunting task to restrict corruption. If we have some small repair works in our house, we naturally buy sand, cement etc...and bring it to home to start work. This is when your DMK councillor of that ward comes and demand money and insist that the work cannot proceed with out paying him money for which no receipt will be paid. Otherwise we do not know if there is any councillor at all to look after the problems of the public. What our deputy CM can do to stop this? I am fully aware that corruption is an universal disease but in Tamil Nadu it is very much. If Mr. Stalin can set up a helpline 24hrs per day and allow people to call and inform about corrption, I am sure he will receive thousands of calls per hour. As it is DMK is known for sending intimidating ministers to Delhi. If there is will power from Mr. Stalin, he can certainly bring in a good change, if not DMK might not return to power next time. Public is totally unhappy about DMK's performance in controlling corruption!

Hello Sir,First of all my hearty congratulation.We are proud to have a Person with Young Energy, dynamic and good experience in politics as our Beloved Deputy CM..... Sir, I have some concern on the Food raw items distributed in Ration Shop's...by the Ration Shops various people are Benefitted both legally and illegally.I am sure illegal Benefitters are in the top. First let me tell about main item distributed that too is an great achievement of DMK first in INDIA to bring 1Kg Rice for Rs.2.00,As a citizen of Tamilnadu I welcome the Scheme.AS in our state Rice is the main Food consumed by majority of the people. BUT I really feel shame about peoples who use this Scheme illegally... Most part of our Budjet is Spent of Paddy Agriculture and Rice distribution but it is shame to say more Than 25% of the Budjet is moving to a particular category of peoples(Govt. Officiers,Strong Mens,Irresponsible politicians,Selffish Common Man) 1) Nowadays Formers are happy of the Rates fixed by government(TPC)..But there too a ordinary Former is not benefitted..Business Man with the help of Strong mens buying Paddy directly from Formers for a cheap rate and mixing it with paddy extract(80% paddy + 20% paddy Extract) With the help of Government officiers it is sent to TPC's.. 2) Rice Manufacturing - From TPC's the paddy bags are sent to approved halling agents(Rice mill).They are separating the paddy by quality and selling best quality Paddy for a good rate outside.The low quality Paddy which has no demand in the market is manufactured.The agents with the help of Ration Shop distributors buys the rice which is allotted for People's Distribution is bought for cheap rate from Rs.5.00 to 8.00 and same packed into new bags and send back to the Civil Supply. So,Here common peoples are not benefitted...they are forced to use the low quality rice. Middle mens involved in this work are benefitted. Please take a proper steps to control this types of frauds and punish the peoples. Please apologise me if anything went wrong.I am not much experienced like you but thought of sharing something.Hope this will be Kept as priority issue ans solved very soon.

Congrats! Mr. MK Stalin sworn as a Deputy Cheif Minister of Tamil Nadu. I am Mohamed Nihar working as a Software Engineer in one of the airline company in Dubai,UAE. I like your comments you said when you sworn as a Dy.CM "Dy. CM is not a posting, it is a duty ". Your goverment is doing good better than other state government. Let me come to my complaint, my uncle is a Panchayat president in one of the village in Ramanathapuram District since 1996(1996-2011). He won three(Hattrick) times continuously. Last week Ramanathapuram Collector has invited proposals from presidents of village panchayats for 2008-09. But governement employees(Who are working in Local adminstration department under Utthamar Gandhi Award) are asking money from Rs.25,000 to Rs.50,000 to proceess this proposals.They will forward the paper if we give money otherwise they will omit. Second, they will select only Ruling government party president. I want to tell you onething,'All the parties are liking your government activities and all(other parties) are giving support to you with out knowing others.' Please do honestly otherwise it will spoil your government. I will pray to god TN people will support only DMK. I donot know whether you will read or not. Remember : You are the only one asking suggestion and complaints to public, no one else.

Dear Deputy CM, This is an excellent idea by providing a forum for common man like us to interact with the higher levels of govt.However, this can be further more organized and acted upon. For e.g, more categories should be created and the common man should be able to give his feedback or post a complaint.There should be a separate division under home ministry in charge of this addressing each issues.If this division does its work properly, TAMILNADU will be the BEST STATE in the whole country and you WILL BE THE MOST LIKED CM/Dy.CM in the history.

My wishes to Mr.Stalin, to come up with this kind of arrangement to reduce the gap between a common man and the power centre. I would like to take this opportunity to bring your kind attention on the development of Trichy City, because this city got very least important and attention from the people who comes to power, but it has lots of urgent issues have to be addressed and those things are i am listing out here as follows, 1. Setting up of New Integrated Bus Stand with the vision of next 30 Years atlest. 2. Face lifting of Trichy Government hospital to the level of AIIMS. 3. Shifting of Trichy Gandhi Market to less congested area. 4. Expansion of Trichy International airport runway to proposed 12500m without any further delay. 5. Setting up of IT SEZ. 6. Starting of Perfume manufacturing factory. 7. Setting up of Cold Storage unit for farmers. 8. Starting New trains from trichy junction, not as a crossing one. 9. Widening of City roads within the corporation limit. 10. Starting of Entertainment Oriented Theme parks. and on more important request that bring some new ventures and companies to Trichy due to its geological advantage since chennai is already over crowded. So please diverse the business centres across the State so all the people would be benefited especially those who are from far plugged rural areas. Computerising the Ration Department

Sir, Let me first congragulate you for becoming the Deputy CM of TamilNadu. I would like to take this oppurtunity to point couple of suggestions for a better government. Since ration department is the first level of reach for the common man for day to day living, i have couple of points 1. Regularisation of the Ration Department is required whereby the packets are prepacked with specific weights and sold accordingly with specific date of manufacture, expiry date etc.. 2. Computerisation of the daily sales at each shop. This way, the youth will get benefited with a new computer job and at the same time, any malpractices can be identified and reports picked up easily. 3. Webcams should be installed at each shop to make sure that the benefit that that goverment is offering should go to the right person dutifully. Any positive step in this itself will evolve a bigger response and will also increase the confidence of the people in the present Government. Thanks

Clean Tamilnadu

Dear Sir, Sure, your proactive mind will go a long way in developing our state. Immediate Needs : 1. Cleanliness - Litter free Chennai and all places. This will make an immediate pleasent impact on everybody's mind including investment players. 2. Thanks for foresightedness reg drainage system for Chennai - Recent successful example is Kualalumpur - it can be parallel to any top class city in the world 3. Sanitation - revival of meticulas sanitation ( like Chennai in 70s, an efficient admin by Kaligner - he was like you at that time - I remember as a student those days) 4. Concerted effort to educate public to contribute towards cleanlness and have sense of belonging be it poor or rich. These can be started right away with strong impetus. Dear Deputy CM, I have worked in Dunlop India Ltd, Ambattur, plant for the last 30 years. The Ex MP Mr Krishnaswamy is the president of the Dunlop Employees Union President. The management has failed to fulfil the settlement for the employees. Though it was assured by the management for the better settlement, finally there seem to be dragging their feet. Kindly intervene and do the needful for the delight of the Dunlop Employees of around 1000 numbers. Hope your concrete steps will give good result. Velachery road

To The Deputy Chief Minister Tamil Nadu Dear Sir, I would like to congratulate to you for taking up the new position. Sir, you had lived in Velechery and the place has now getting more focus for IT companies, real estate, etc. Unfortunately,the road cutting Adayar to Velachery is not being given due importance and traffic seems to increasing day by day basis. Can you please take an action to improve the road facilites for Velachery and move the bus stop close to railway station.Thramani road can made 4 lanes instead of 2 lanes and this improvement will bring more opportunities for small scale business and export companies. Complaint regarding Cow rearing.

We are a Central PSU (Government of India Enterprise) under Ministry of Heavy Industry. Our neighbour is rearing about 10 cows and most of the time they are tied on the road outside his house near our gate. The whole area is full of cowdung and filth with bad smell, which could lead to disease outbreak. Further in the neighbourhood drainage also flows in the open inside his compound, which could lead to disease outbreak. Everyday after we close our office at 05.30 pm, the neighbour ties the cows in front of our gate and next day morning we find cowdung and filth in front of our gate. We are suffering for past 10 years. Can you please take some action. We had earlier lodged complaint to Corporation officials and also to Police department, which was of not much use. Our street resembles the opposite of Singara Chennai. Please take some action.

Inclusive growth of Entire TN

Dear Sir, we have lot of hope on you for the further development of TN. As of now, all the people are taking bus to go to Chennai immediately after completing their graduation. Why can't you develop other major cities in Industrial front. If you consider Central and Southrn District, No major Industries steted in Last 40 years.. even my private or by Government. Why al the people are in Chennai, not thinking about doubling of Villuppuram- Dindukal Line... No major infrasture development in other major cities and town.... Think about other than Chennai also... If Chennai in Centre, then it's O.k.. It is far way form TN as a whole.. What ever train orginating going from Chennai to North, east and West, y can't u to push up to kanniakumari.... Chennai is not the only place in TN.. and requesting you to look after other TN partd also..

Clean city

Sir, I would like to place my suggestion like - if each and every area either street wise or ward wise is given to good active sincere candidates and ask them to take care of those. has to allocate fund and if satisfied can continue or else can be sacked. if the candidate is active we can really achive our goal. but there should be good support from the police as initially there will be lots of opposition form few set of people. for example . if some part of t.nagar falls under my control, i will definately do lots of things.provide there should be good support from the police and our Hnble Dy.C.M. Respected sir, My wife working as Sub-Inspector (Practical Training at Salem Armed Reserve).My wife selected for Departmental 20% quota and posted as Taluk S.I and after 4 month training completed the modification order was issued the government as S.I Armed Reserve. This order is suffering my wife life. No benifit for departmental service and experiance.In 1991 appointed Gr.i PCs are promoted as S.I Taluk police. But my wife was selected as Gr IPc 1991,now my wife participate the Direct S.I.Selection my wife was appointed as Armed Reserve S.I. This order is highly suffer my wife future and my wife suffering her health. my wife already submitted one letter. The above letter sent to you DGP. DGP's reply recived. Rc.No.39810/Rect.II(1)/2009 Dated: 21.03.2009. Sub: Police- Tmt.G.Annakodi, S.I.Cadets (under training) � Requesting Allotment to Taluk Police instead of Armed Reserve S.I � Regarding. Ref: Petition dated: 23.12.2008 of Tnt.G.Annakodi, S.I.Cadet (under training)to the Minister of Rural Development and Local Admn, Chennai. Tmt.G.Annakodi, S.I.Cadet (under training) in his petition cited has requested for allotment to Taluk Police instead of Armed Reserve. 2. She was initially appointed for Taluk Police only for the year 2006 as per Appointment Order No.6022/A1/2007-10, dated: 19.12.2007 of Deputy Inspector General of Police, Coimbatore Range. Subsequently, he was allotted to Armed Reserve as per Modified Appointment Order No.6022/A1/2007,dated: 24.04.2008 of Deputy Inspector General of Police,Coimbature Range, in view of the fact that the earlier provisional select list with communal rotation prepared by TNUSRB is found to be incorrect. 3. As per the directions of the Government, the objections received from certain S.I. Cadets ( includes the objection received from the petitioner ) on the Show Cause Notice issued by Government regarding their category revision has since been forwarded to the Government for taking a decision in the matter, in deference to the High Court orders. 4. In as much as the issue of revision of category of S.I.
