Encroachment of Roads

Dear Mr. Stalin: Congrats on your opening a portal to the comman man by means of a website. An informed and involved electorate is needed for a functioning democracy. I would like to highlight an issue of which you are, no doubt, familiar. Encroachment of roads by hawkers, store owners and other property owners congests traffic which puts a crimp on our state's productivity. I understand that these store owners and hawkers are paying a daily "tax" to the police to stay in business and also that all these folks are engaging in business rather than other illegitimate activities. Please give this issue some more thought and ensure smooth flow of traffic thus enhancing the standard of life of our people many fold. Thanks for your time. Sincerely Guruparan

DMK's view towards tamileelam

I was one of the strongest supporter of dravidian party till 2006:when your father was arrested by Jayalalitha,i was sleepless for 3 days:Now, your party started to join with national force like congress which is anti tamil in nature:to align with congress, DMK has adjusted it's policies in particular supporting tamileelam-where as as usual congress has never changed or altered their policies and they are very firm in extending military aid to srilanka to kill tamil community there:Both congress&DMK should understand onething,you are going to seek votes from us (tamil community and not from racist singala people of srilanka:why your party carrying the support of military+finance to srilankan army:is it the money of your PM?It is my tax which is being spent for singala admn which kills tamil people there:your party in particular,your father closed his mouth for so many reasons known to him:anyhow,once you started to support singala army throw the back up of congress@ centre is causing pains in my heart!Eversince I started to vote ,i have never voted for other parties:Please hereafter,Don't expect me/my family to vote for DMK+ Congress: It is pity that ruling congress @ pondicherry has totally neglected karaikal and as a result,during the last election congress lost all the 3 seats they contested:even then,DMK started to support Congress from outside-now again congress drying up karaikal region:so coming election in karaikal will be tough for DMK,for having supported Congress: anyhow, as a DMK sympathesier,i wanted to inform you,and i feel easy in my heart that I have given a clear picture of people: any nation or any govt,which does not synchronise with the aspirations and hope of people will go to dustpin!

public problems

no proper roads in still 5yrs,last 10yrs we r having same counsiler mr SATHIYA NARAYANAN[34th WARD,AMBATTUR CIRCLE]no proper timings and provitions with ration shop.we r having lot of mosquito problems,no proper drainage facilities.every year we r getting KALARA,MALARIYA.more than 15 yrs we r not having bus facilities and transports still he dose'nt single actions with followig problems.please take IMMEDIATE action with following problems and we r beliving.

Anna, I am member of our party from my childhood, i am taking u as my role model, for achieve my target in my professional job, you have the patience, hard work, good memory power, u respect the senior person in our party,and ur commitment for the future plan in tamil nadu, kindly take care of ur health, because we are all expecting more good things from ur side to take tamil nadu as a no.1 state in india. At the same time u have to strength our party to select the correct person for coming party elections, now the guys are taking the party elections as a business, i think u have well known about the anna nagar division in chennai, in that division 71 ward now lose our vote bank up to 45% to 50% for past 10 years our 71 ward secretary and councillor not doing field work but shaking hands with the admk party secretary and doing favour things to him. he avoid all the 71 division party members. Coming election kindly select the person who have capacity to do the field work and to get back our vote bank in 71 division. I am not blaming the 71div secretary, but he didnt have the capacity and knowledge, he thinking only his future not our party future. Kindly take necessary steps to take right person for all over tamil nadu.

traffic porblems and buses

Dear Sir, There is acute shortage of buses, esp during peak hours. hence most of the affording public buy and use two wheeelers or cars or autos, thereby shrinking road space. unless the increasing demand for public transport is met thru more public or private buses (like in other districts), road space will shrink further. Pivate mini-buses can be permitted, esp during peak hours. MTC is not able to meet the demand due to losses and corruption. Pivate Parking bays alongside main roads can be permitted and encouraged. More share autos and private share auto parking stands (like petrol bunks) can be encouraged. Unless public transport is expanded, there is no hope for constanst traffic jams and accidents. Pls compare loory tranport sector with bus transport sector. While Lorry transport is sector is totally private with no 'permit' issues like buses, its efficency and costs and better. Dear Sir, Day by day the level of Carbon-di-oxide level in our city is tremendously increasing; There is a shortage of Trees and plants in our city; But we have thousands and thousands of flats in and around CHennai city; We can cleverly utilize those buildings by planting trees and plants in all building terraces compulsorily ; Hence I request you to give orders to all CHennai Building Owners to plant trees and plants on the terraces of each and every building without any further delay so that Co2 level in our chenai city will be decreased ; Thanking you Ramesh Babu

Traffic congestion

While entering Saidapet from Mount Road, the bridge is very narrow and the Buses after crossing the bridge, taking left turn and reach bustand with much difficulty. If the bridge is extended on the left hand side, then, the Buses will go staraight away to the Busstand. The traffic flow for other vehciles will be smoother.

Improvements

Dear Sir, It is nice to know that this website helps to common public also in a great extent. Since Hon'ble ministers approaches are fruitful and helpful, I would like to submit a small request. Several elderly visitors and public are facing so much of hardship where lift facility is not provided in three storey or four storey building whether it is public building or provate partments at Chennai. Our Corporation can insist that all the buidings which is having three or more floors should have lift facility. The Apartments/building which are not provided with lift should provided atleast within six months. When we are planning to improve the surroundings, buildings, atmosphere, etc this kind of decision would be helpful to the people who are suffering due to old age, knee pains, etc. If your involvement is there defenitely it wi8lol be achived. Website look & feel

Today i saw news about your website. It looks great. I have one small suggestion. Most of the headings are Times New Roman fonts. Its looks fine. But normal text fonts are Verdana. So its not matching. Entire website/page should be uniform. Please advise the webadmin to follow some uniform fonts. So that website looks much better. Thanks Kannan
