Stagnation of sewage water in our area

Dear Hon'ble Minister, We refer to our above petition faxed to you on 30.10.08. Some works were carried out on 30.10.08 and 31.10.08 presumably under instruction from your office. There was some relief only for a couple of days. Now things have worsened and sewage water is gushing out of the man hole and the entire stretch Barathi Street of Annai Indira Nagar is flooded with stinking sewage water. Even though we are making representations for the past one year to TNWSB and Corporation of Chennai to look in to the issue no serious effort has been made. Whenever we make a complaint to the higher authorities like you, some half hearted works are carried out and whenever there is rain residents in the three roads namely Baby Nager IInd Main Road, Bharathi Street and Das Avenue are put to considerable difficulties due to stagnation of rain water mixed with sewage water. As we have stated in our petition dated 30.10.08 we are getting metro water mixed with sewage water. We are facing this problem for the past one year. Even though we have reported this mater to your office nothing has been done so for. If a Government cannot supply even good drinking water where the tax-paying citizens will go. We hope you will understand our plight and take immediate steps to solve the above problems.

power cut

hai sir we proud of your service. but we no happy with your electric power consumption problem. you get 24 hours power supply in your home. but all puplic suffered this problem. all people s speak "we make our tamilnadu same as singapore" but no way to do that. Justice for the downtrodden

Dinakaran attack case: victim�s mother moves court Special Correspondent CHENNAI: The mother of a victim in the attack on the Tamil daily Dinakaran in Madurai last year has moved the Principal Seat of the Madras High Court seeking permission to submit a complaint relating to the incident before any Metropolitan Magistrate court in Chennai. Thilagavalli (50) of Paravai in Madurai submitted that her son G. Gopinath, who was an employee of the daily, and two others died in the incident on May 9, 2007. The Othakadai police had registered three cases. But, there was no proper investigation. The case was handed over to the CBI, which filed the charge sheet before the Chief Judicial Magistrate on August 6, 2007. The petitioner said grave injustice had been caused by not impleading the main accused. There were several eye-witnesses who were willing to speak about the incident. Following her representation, the Assistant Registrar-General, Supreme Court, asked her to approach the court concerned for appropriate relief. The Judicial Magistrate, Melur in Madurai district returned her complaint with the endorsement, �Petitioner not present. Hence the petition is returned.� JUSTICE PLEASE!

inspite of our roads getting a facelift, why they turn worst after a rain. is it due to poor quality or poor road engineering. Understand , china has followed to the dot, the road engineering system of U S A. and the best part is the road engineers both planning and execution are Indians.

Tamil Eelam Issue

CM of TN Mr.M.Karunanithi has called for all party meeting to discuss about the Eelam tamil issue to stop the war. After the meeting he gave the count down (2 weeks) to central govt. to take necessary action to stop the war or other wise our MP's may resign. But nothing has done so far and now our CM says that "we can't involve in other country's issues and it is an fourty year old problem and don't expect this to be solved in four days". Now my question to Mr. M.K.Stalin is, Do you feel that, Is our CM's move is good enough? and are you happy with is statement? and how our CM does not know about these points during the time he raised the "Resignation" voice? Still the war is going on and not yet stopped but Raj bakse's brother had gave statement in India says, "Indian Govt. not asked them to stop the war?" If it is true what is the use of DMK having the alliance with congress? Also some ruthless TN congress leaders like, Gnanasekaran & other culprints are keep on talking against DMK rule but our CM looks helpless to Eelam tamil community. What will be a next move of DMK in Eelam tamil issue?

Pallavaram Subway

Dear sir, Hope u r fine in health. I am writing this mail on behalf of two wheeler riders, who are crossing the pallavaram signal everyday. The pedestrians are not using the subway in that road and they standing in half of the road which makes more traffic and dangerous situation on he signal. The Traffic policemen are co-operating with the pedestrians to cross the road, instead of asking them to use subway. kindly do the needfull for peacefull driving. With regards, Sriram.M

Good initiative

Happy to see that a tamil politican has started a website and his even morewilling to get suggestion/compliants from public. Nehru once said " politician thinks about next election whereas leaders think about next generation" and we long to see leaders not politicans ,your are maturing in that league I have seen many tie clad corporate executives like me compliant about anything right from traffic congestion to power problems on the ruling team but non of the IITs and IIMS of the world would give a solutions I would agree as a tamilian iam proud about the fact that we are developing at a very fast Pace to envy of many of our neighbours,the other day i was travelling kerala most of my business associate whom i have met we all appreciating the way we have developed( like having hyundai cars for traffic patrol to flyovers to the new IT corridor) To end i have few queries 1. Is this your offical website or more of a personal inititative 2. Is any of your colleagues( Ministers )have websites so that queries can be posted. 3.We would like to see more intitative allthis coming in Thanks Lets make a great Tamizhnadu

respected sir, our village have a current problem all of them are angry with your govt. sir i accept you to release 1500 people from the jail but no one as muslim sir our religion people are so much worried about that activities. my brother as join in sairam college of engg,they ask 77,000 rs for joining.he also came from counciling.we ask they put 40,000 for course fees but others they got37,000.the quoto should not used for us...as u give that one.. sir we are in dmk from born itself,we respect u.you only my role model...thank you sir.

Reg. loan

From, C. Kingsly, S/o R. Christu Das, Thiruonam, Porancode, Kirathoor P.O. K.K. Dist. Tamil Nadu To, Sub.: I have taken 1 loan from SBI, Kuzhithurai, K.K. Dist. branch for cultivation of coconut & plantains & built one tank & fitted pipes, but SBI authority showed it as a loan for rubber cultivation & has not granted off. Respected Sir, I had got one loan on 25.05.2002 against 3 acre and 90 cents land from SBI, Kuzhithurai for cultivation of coconut, plantain & I had built one tank and fitted pipes for that. I gave the vouchers for that. I have the copy of that. Beetles affected both my plantain & coconut trees. I visited agriculture officer at Munchirai and he gave prescriptions & advised to fill it through root, but the treatment did not give any benefit. More than 25 trees fell down and left trees fell due to the affected beetle. Due to the force from bank, I paid some dues. When the govt. announced all cultivation loans have been granted off & affixed the list on the bank�s notice board, I went to bank and saw that my A/c was N.P. and they had provided 25% discount on the interest amount of N.P. & the reason they mentioned was that � I have taken loan for rubber cultivation.� I request you to enquire about it and to grant off the cultivation loan.
