ration card

am T.Baldwin from Tambaram. Two years before i got married and i applied for the ration card. I got my name deleted from my parents ration card from trichy.But while trying to delete my wife name from their parents ration card, the officer incharge told to give the form and he added that one person will come for enquiry ,after that only i have to come with the small form which he gave me (with the report given by that person).I told him that we are working and no one will be there in the house during working days. He told me to come only after the person come for the enquiry. No one came for the enquiry,I went to him after one month he told the same reply. Now more than six month have passed, will i get a ration card for my family?

corporation limit

Sir, Request you to please include the area up to vanagaram main road (or the area before outer ring bye pass road from Tambaram to PH road) to Greater Chennai city limit or to maduravoyal municipality (area is very close to maduravoyal municipality(just 1km)). As our area is between the Tambaram PH road outer ring by-pass road and maduravoyal municipality, we are not receiving the basic amenities like road, drainage etc. Even though it is close to Chennai city limit, till now there is no proper road laid in our area. Request you to add up the areas before Chennai outer ring by-pass road to maduravoyal or greater Chennai city limit for us to get the basic facilities.

About Over bridge

Dear sir, I am residing at chakrapani road, guindy. You know very well that The new over bridge was opened last year. And the bridge has got appriciation from the peoples i.e., so many peoples using it daily and it is very very useful. But the main problem is the service road occupied by the load autos. They have using the road as auto stand. Four to five autos are standing in a row at all time. So at peak hours, the peoples are getting struggle. Because our MTC buses also using this road. If autos parked there only buses can use the road at a time. This making dificulties to the two wheelers. But nobody taking care about this issue.Please order to the respective officers to take step. And the bottom side of the bribge also getting irritations. Because peoples who are working at companies at this road are using this place as a public toilet. And at the MKN road side the workers has put a permanent Tent to stay their. So please arrange their to make a garden in that place. All the bridges who were built by your Government got the gardening and lighting facility. But in our street the place is using for to pass urine. Now your govt has taking steps to reduce the Global warming by planting trees at the middle of the mount roads and other places. not issuing television

Hello Sir, Last week ,in our street tvs have given to us, but what happened is , In a street, the tvs have given to certain people only not to all the people. the person who was the incharge of this thing has received the xerox copies of our ration card twice but yet to issue the tvs. we were told to get it by after pongal. Is it true ? We request you to check out this matter . we wll be thankful if all are like me in our street got the television thanking you

Mosquito menace

Respected Sir I am harish residing in velachery ags colony vinayakapuram in our area they are two empty plots with dirty water . Due to this water there are lot of mosquitoes we cant count the mosquitoes and even we cant sleep please make necessary steps to eradicate mosquito so it will be helpful to our area and we can prevent the diseases

SUB:- Kancheepuram District – Sriperumpudur Taluk Mattur Village – Village Head & Public People Petition Petition to Change 6 way Road Project to 4 way Road Project in Mattur Village in SIPCOT Area Sir, The road from Singaperumal Koil to Oragadam SIPCOT is being made into a 4 lane road. There is a proposal to change the 80 feet road from Oragadam SIPCOT to Sriperambathur into a 6 lane road or 220 feet road for which the Government of Tamilnadu is taking up the village land, which is by the side of the proposed road. Because of this, about 100 families of the backward and most backward classes of people who reside by the proposed road are being affected. Already in the name of SIPCOT, a lot of agricultural land has been procured from the small time farmers. They have lost a part of their means of living and at this point of time, the extension of the road has been proposed. Nearly 100 families will lose their homes and lands if this project is carried on. We request you to let the road from Oragadam to Sriperambathur to be developed into a 4 lane road instead of a 6 lane one. This will at least spare the homes of these poor families and prevent them from becoming homeless. They have nowhere else to go. We request you to kindly look into this matter and please help us. Most Respected Deputy CM Sir, Sir I am K.Noel Binny Lecturer from Coimbatore residing in the above address,we need u r help regarding constructing a flyover. From ganapathy to reach various places via avarampalayam we have a railway gate which is been closed very often, because lots of trains pass through the way, on that way we have two hospitals, schools, colleges and can reach avinashi road quickly,By closing the railway gate often we have to lose lots of time and we are not able to reach the place in time and a heavy traffic takes place, patients are suffering a lot and school going children and students and public are suffering a lot, we request you to kindly construct a fly over bridge which would be much help full for us to travel on that road. No Drainage facility,No roads in Avadi ,Kamaraj Nagar, Ananda Nagar

Hello sir, After the drainage project in our area (Ananda nagar,Radha krishna Nagar,Lazar nagar) in Kamaraj Nagar Avadi,the Roads have been badly damaged and all the existing open drainage was closed.Currently there is no drainage available in our area and no roads too.Many old age and childres really struggle to walk in the street because of all the deep holes and wastage been thrown on the street.For almost year no one from townshop been there for any wastage collection.People have no place to put thier wastage so they are forced to throw on street.Requesting you to kindly do something to make our place clean and tidy. FYI..No auto's are ready to come to this area because of very bad road.For any emergency really we struggle a lot to come out of our place.

CM CELL PETITION AND RESPONSE FROM COLLECTROATE

Dear Dy.CM sir, At the outset, i am very much deeply regret to inform you that either from CM cell or from coimbatore district collectorate are not taking CM Cell petition response seriously and not giving any respect to our complaints which we have sent to CM cell and even CM cell officers are telling me to just to follow up with various officials including top ias officers in chennai and i did also. but no response or action taken for my problem. It is very very unfortunate that officials are reponding to people's petition just to satisfy the cm cell. I can quote so many examples and i have sent so far 10 petitions plus of which i got response for 3. i have even sent a letter to Dr.Kalingar residence address also since i have not got any solution for my problem. I would request your goodselves to look into the following petitions positively and ensure that collectorate officails are taking serious note when they get a letter from cm cell otherwise people will loose the confidence in this government. i would request you to take this feed back positively and request for justice. Regarding absence of auto metering in Chennai.

Respected DCM sir, I am quite happy about the way governance is being carried out in Tamilnadu under the DMK leadership.Though there is one problem which needs your immediate attention and that is related to the lax attitude shown by the auto drivers in chennai in running their meters.I have so far not come across even one auto driver who runs his meter.The effort taken by the Govt. to felicitate those who run their meters is praiseworthy.But I believe there is a union for everything in India.And their decision is more or less the decision of the ruling Govt.Felicitating honest auto drivers is not the solution.As even honest people are controlled by the system.I was charged Rs 150 for travelling from 1000 lights to CMBT by auto(not meter charge,please note).I don't understand why the Govt. is hesitating in taking a substantial effort in curbing this injustice.Kindly make a note of this and take necessary action to resolve this important issue. As your aware Manali new town is located in TPP road ( Thiruvottiyur Ponnery Panchetty road ) falls in Ennore port connectivity zone, due to the inordinate delay in road expansion for the last 7 years lead to 150+ accidents and death of more than 100 persons in the past one and half years and there is no medical facility for first aid of the victims� on this road.. This situation highlights the 30 years long pending medical need of the population of over 25,000 residing in and around our Manali new town, which got a primary health center functioning a shift for general medical treatment and only maternity round the clock, Due to the lack of good hospital facility during late hrs in our location, we undergo lot of pain and panic to provide medical assistance to the needed, specially the senior citizens and the children�s. அரசு பள்ளிகளில் கம்ப்யூட்டர் கல்வி கற்றுத்தர 10 லட்சம் பேர் : நாடு முழுவதும் நியமிக்க மத்திய அரசு முடிவு , ஒரு லட்சத்து எட்டாயிரம் அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் அரசு மானியம் பெறும் பள்ளிகளில் பாடங்களை கம்ப்யூட்டர் வாயிலாக கற்றுக் கொடுக்கும் திட்டத்தை, மத்திய அரசு அமல்படுத்தவுள்ளது. இதற்காக, புதிதாக பத்து லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் நியமனம் செய்யவும் முடிவு எடுக்கப் பட்டுள்ளது. : நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள அரசுப் பள்ளிகள் மற்றும் அரசு மானியம் பெறும் ஒரு லட்சத்து எட்டாயிரம் பள்ளிகள் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டுள்ளன. இந்த பள்ளிகளில் பாடங்களை இனிமேல் கம்ப்யூட்டர் வாயிலாகவே கற்றுத்தர முடிவு செய்யப் பட்டுள்ளது. கம்ப்யூட்டர் கல்வி என்பது மிகவும் அத்தியாவசியம் என்பதால் இந்த முடிவு எடுக்கப் பட்டது.பதினோராவது ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு ஆறாயிரத்து 926 கோடி ரூபாய் தேவை. இதில் அரசாங்கம் தரப்பில் ஆறாயிரம் கோடி ரூபாய் அளிக்கப்படவுள் ளது. இதில் 75 சதவீதத்தை மத்திய அரசும், 25 சதவீதத்தை மாநில அரசும் ஏற்க உள்ளன. வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்களில் 90 சதவீதத்தை மத்திய அரசும், 10 சதவீதத்தை மாநில அரசுகளும் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளும். முதல் ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஆகும் திட்டச் செலவு முழுவதையும் மத்திய அரசே ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளவும் திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த திட்டத்திற்காக பத்து லட்சம் ஆசிரியர்கள் புதிதாக தேர்வு செய்யப்படவுள்ளனர். எல்லா மொழிகளையும் உள்ளடக்கி முக்கியத்துவம் அளிக்கும் வகையில் ஆசிரியர்கள் தேர்வு செய்யப்படுவர். . இவ்வாறு கபில் சிபல் கூறினார். இந்த திட்டம் குறித்து, தகவலறிந்த வட்டாரங்கள் கூறியதாவது: நாடு முழுவதும் ஒரே சீராக கம்ப்யூட்டர் கல்வியறிவை கொண்டு வரப்போவதாக அமைச்சர் கூறினார். அப்படிப் பார்த்தால் தென்மாநிலங்களில் குறிப்பாக தமிழகம் போன்ற மாநிலங்களில்தான் கம்ப்யூட்டர் கல்வியறிவு அதிகமாக உள்ளது. இப்போது இதுபோன்ற திட்டத்தை கொண்டு வந்தால் அதில் முழுக்க முழுக்க பயன் பெறப்போவது வடமாநிலங்கள் மட்டுமே. காரணம், அங்குதான் கம்ப்யூட்டர் கல்வியறிவு குறைவாக உள்ளது. எனவே, இந்த திட்டத்தின் பெரும்பகுதி நிதி, வழக்கம்போல வடமாநிலங்களுக்கே செல்ல அதிகம் வாய்ப் புள்ளது. இவ்வாறு அந்த வட்டாரங்கள் தெரிவித்தன.sir please consider the above scheme appoint the proper qualified COMPUTER staffs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. -

Enchroachment in the platform and in my compound

Dear Sir, R.A.Muthiah, a street vendor on getting a piece of land measuring 42 sq.ft (i.e.)7x6 from collector on lease for a limited time has raised a two floor building on the southern side in the extreme corner in the front of my premises bearing the door no 551, Thiruvottiyur High Road, Old Washermenpet, Chennai � 600021. Without the sanction of corporation of Chennai, an unauthorized structure, which has been declared as unauthorized structure by CDMA, High court of Chennai as been instructed Corporation of Chennai to demolish it. On 5th March 2009 Corporation of Chennai has demolished the unauthorized structure and driven away Muthiah & family members from the place. On 22nd March (17 days after the demolition) reoccupied the place once again on the platform of my building in carrying out the tender coconut business. He has occupied more than 42ft by annexing more space in my compound and platform which hinders the shopkeepers and tenants living in my building. It is a great injustice done by occupying the space which he was in by surpassing the orders of civil authorities (Corporation of Chennai) and also law & orders of the city (Police). In this Connection, I am to emphasize, that neither of the commissioner, Corporation of Chennai, commissioner of police has not taken any steps to evict Muthiah and his family members from this place. Even subordinate office, Area Manager, Councilor, corporation of Chennai, Asst Commissioner of police, (North Madras, inspector of police, Tondiarpet has not taken any steps even though numerous complaints have been given to them to evict Muthiah even after occupying the place 10 months back. Further, I am to state that government is keen in demolishing the unauthorized structures and evicting the people who occupies the government spaces, and I am at a loss to intimate that no action being taken to evict the muthiah and his family from the place which stands on the main road of North Chennai. I request that arrangements to be made to evict the person and strict orders may be taken to punish the offender. It is heartening to see in TV shows that as deputy chief Minister, you are taking the poor peoples hardship, hast and sufferings to your heart and rendering justice to the sufferers. Request for raised the retirement age based on the existing law which was announced by Honorable Chief Minister Dr.Thiru.Kalaignar.

Respected Sir, I am D.Ramasamy, working in Madurai, Aavin as Office Assistant. We have come to know that in Aavin Chennai, the retirement age for Office Assistant is raised to 60 years with effect from 2008. But in Madurai Aavin, in spite of giving many requests, the retirement age is not raised to 60. From Jan 2010 onwards, we have started receiving retirement orders. Hence I request the Honorable Deputy Chief Minister to look over this issue and change the retirement age to 60 in Madurai Aavin. It would be better if we get the change implemented within 2010. I didn't get Minority Scholarship

Respected Sir, I am an Engineering student doing my BE-computer science (3rd year)in Government College of Technology,Coimbatore. Actually sir, I have applied for Minority Scholarship from TAMCO for my Second Year (2008-2009). But i didn't get it. When i called TAMCO and asked them about it, they didn't respond correctly. I got 1007/1100 in my 10th public and 1147/1200 in my 12th public and 196.5 cutoff to enter GCT,coimbatore. My father is doing cellphone servicing and we are not a rich family. Since bank loans included interest, as i'm a muslim i didn't applied for it. For this year also i've applied for Minority Scholarship. Please help me Sir. Thank You sir.

Sir, It is very painful to see the yesterday's incident about death of a poor police officer inspite of many influenced people being around with all the facilities...No one has extended any instant help and today giving many explanations about what & why?It is a shame for TAMILNADU that we can not help a individual in crisis... Sir, It is not adequate that only you work for 20 hours/day. All the team around you and officials share your burden by which TAMILNADU can be a landmark for other states... autorickshaws cause huge traffic congestion and pollution in chennai.

Dear Sir, I would like to high light a few points regarding traffic congestion in chennai. [1]The Main reason for the traffic congestion in chennai are autorickshaws which are plying illegaly without valid permits and without valid licences. [2]These autos park illegaly in all places leading to huge traffic congestion, and when the common public question them they are being abused badly. [3]These vehicles cause huge air pollution mostly because they ply in two stroke engines and cause huge noice pollution by tampering with their silencers [these autos doesnt care about the inconvenience they cause to other drivers on the road because of these huge noice pollution]. this huge noice pollution is particularly rampant in areas like tnagar,guindy and saidapet. [4]In guindy the situation is very worse all the autos unauthoriseldy parked in the bus stand leading to traffic congestion. [5]In addition to this not even a single auto in chennai runs by meter which is causing a huge heartburn for the innocent people of chennai. [6]These unauthorised autorickshaws should be banned for traffic congestion and for the damage they are causing to the environment by air and huge noice pollution,till then chennai will not be free of traffic congestion.

Need Details

Respected Sir, I respect and wishes your services. I am kumaresan from salem. My father and brother ex-army men. Till we don't have own house. my brother living with his family separately. three years before my father try to get Tamil nadu housing board, home. they alot M52 Home to us. so, we take rental house near that alotted house, but 3 months back, that house, brought by some delhi person. i have two sisters. we all got married. i completed my DPE(Diploma in Production Enginner ) at 1995. till i am not get good job. working in private in small scale only. we reported to salem collector also, but till no action. near by our TNHB Home, all brought by rich persons only. They buy the home and give the rental to others. We till don't have own house, we feel not fare this. my family starting from DMK. Please, take action and give the good solution. this is for your kind information. Thanking you Your's Sincerely R. Kumaresan
