JNNURM FUNDS

Sir, I bring to your knowledge that JNNURM funds are not being utilised properly. Under Vaigai water scheme 2 cement water pipes was laid covering maximum area in the Madurai city. We felt happy of linking drinking water pipes to our residence. Unfortunately the water pipes got damaged due to subsequent excavation for under ground drainage. In order to siphon out the funds contractors and officials are hands in gloves in the process. It is painful to see government funds being exploited. Kindly intervene in this matter Sir.

widening of alandur Railway station road

Dear Deputy CM, I am residing at 1-A/11, Railway station road, Alandur, Chennai 600016. Our house is situtated just right opposite toS-1, St. Thomas mount police station. This is to inform u sir, that the Railway station road which connects the GST road and places like Alandur, Adambakkam, Madipakkkam etc., This road is verry conjusted during peak hours and there is no pedestrian also for the people to walk. The local residents are also encroaching and the traffic and school going people suffer a lot. There is fear of accients also. We are of very good oopinion that this Goverrnment and your goodself in specific are doing so many goood deeds by attending to peoples needs. I would your goodself to kindly look into the matter and widen the road and also give way for the pedestrain and oblige, actually wee have heard that the govt. is already having a proposal of widening his road. if it can be done at the earliest it would b of great help and a added feather to your crown. respected sir,a case between mylai adhi kesava perumal devasthanam and amirthakadavalli ammal charities in mylapore is pending in the hr and ce court being heared by the deputy commissioner (subramaniam)currently,which bears the welfare of the donors and public who visit the temple regularly.the donors do not have faith neither on the hr&ce court after that bribe arrest of previous ac (sundaram)who was the previous hearer of the case as well as the present hearer dc who says that the case hearing has been stopped under instructions from our deputy chief minister leaving the actual donors in distress and the care takers who are not authorised by them to make merry by swallowing the funds arising from those property,it is also said widely that they approach the dc to change the document to their favour by offering bribe.

Problems facing without Drainage connection in Velachery Tansi Nagar 17th street extension

We the residents of 17th street extension tansi nagar, Velachery are facing lot of problems without drainage connection. WE could not do our normal works especially during rainy seasons. We strongly bring to your notice that we require drainage connection in our 17th street extension tansi nagar. We are regular tax payers for metro water and Sewerage. Hence we have the rights to raise this issue to you. Please let us have our basic needs be fulfilled by your grievance. Thanks Sir.

Panchayat Administration

Hon'ble Sir My father Mr.Kuppan is the elected president from our part for the mandakolathur panchayat in chetpet union of tiruvannamalai district. The district collector of his own motion has now invoked Sec.205 and is trying to remove my father from president post.He has cited some irregularities from my father's side and I bring it your kind notice that my father has not done anything wrong and only for personal vengeance some people have instigated the Collector. I only request you to give me an opportunity to explain all the allegations and prove it with records my clean hands. Whatever explanation I give the Collector is not going to listen. Please help me to prove my bonafides. I beg you to help me in this regard and I am sorry to trouble you because unless something urgently is done I cannot be saved. For the past 4 months nearly 6 Presidents from our party have been sacked like this vindictively. Please help me in this regard my faith in you is like a mountain Hon'ble Sir.

BOGUS DOCUMENTS AND RECORDS CREATED BY M/S GORDO WOODROFFE CO. LTD. IN PALLAVARAM

Dear sir, i have bought land at radial road , zamin pallavarm village at the year 2000. like me , many public people have bought land at this area. behind our lands, m/s gordon woodroffe company has approximately 60 acres land and this 60 acres doesn't possess any access to the radial road . so the company persons are trying to get possession of our lands by way of producing bogus documents at tambaram sub-court and chennai high court . these courts issue injunction orders and stay orders without scrutinising the documents from both sides. so, to avoid the unnesscesary dispute created by the gordon woodroffe company and help us enjoy our property without any litigation, i request you to take necessary actions against this company so that they would stop all their illegal activities. i also request you to take necessary actions so that our legal courts would scrutinise the documents produced by us and gordon woodroffe company and pass orders at the earliest to vacate the injunction orders and stay orders issued.

MTC Ticket Problem

Dear Deputy CM, In MTC buses many of the Conductors are not giving 50 paise balance to all passenger's. if the passenger's ask they behave very rudly. We,Computer Programmer, approximately 50 members, are working in Government Arts Colleges (for teaching Computer Science degree courses) more than 15 years in the scale of pay 3050-75-3950-80-4950 with following qualification. (1)B.Sc. Computer Science (or) (2)B.Sc. (Maths or Physics or Statistics Main) with one year certificate course in Computer Application in a recognized College / Institute (or) Diploma in Computer Science from the recognized Polytechnic. Most of the Programmers have higher qualifications such as M.Sc., M.C.A., PGDCA and M.Phil, due to low pay scale, we have been treated on par with menials (unskilled labour) in all paths of service. Our next promotion is (Junior Asst -SSLC) also same as for menials. The cause of all our sorrow is low pay scale 3050-75-3950-80-4950. We request you, kindly take necessary actions for fixing proper cadre and pay scale for programmers in Higher Education Department. This generation and next generation Programmers will be grateful to you and the government forever.

Flood Relief & Color TV not given & Handicap Grant not received

Sir, As I am a middle class person from ward 54, 1) When the relief for Flood was given for which we have not received till date. The Councilor of my Ward was brought to the Area of my House for proof of Flooding, he replied that Posh Area will not get Relief Amount. However, I can prove the Flooding with the Photographs available with me. 2) We are yet to receive the long waited Color TV and been running for 5 days having a Special Child at home and having to lock her up in order to go to Ward 54. 3) Applied last year at Teynampet (DMS OFFICE) for Special Grant for Handicap for my Daughter who is a Special Child (Mental Retarded) which also comes under 60% Retardation for which proof of her Medical Documents were submitted along with the Forms and was promised that after the DMK Govt. comes to power, the Grant will be provided. However, sad to say that till date my Daughter Marianna Isaac is yet to receive the Grant. We therefore, request the Deputy Chief Minister to use his good office and do the needful for us and for our neighbors who are still looking forward for the Relief.

Requisition of community certificate

Most respected sirs, I am L.Alex from Tuticorin. I have completed my B.tech IT with first class Distinction. Recently I have been awarded “YOUNG ACHIEVER AWARD” by Waltor Devarom I.P.S. My younger brother is doing Ist year B.E (ECE ) in Coimbatore Institute of Technology(CIT). My father Mr.L.Lourdu Jeyaraj is working as a clerk in Tuticorin collector office. We applied for Permanent community certificate in March 2009. We belongs to CHRISTIAN VELLAN CHETTY community. Acording to Tamilnadu Govt. order MS. NO. 1564 social welfare day 30-07-1985,serial no. 192, our caste hasd been included under Backward class (BC) category. All of my blood relations are having permanent community certificate. For the past 6 months I am trying to get the same. Tuticorin Village Administrative officer(VAO) Mr.Moorthy,and Deputy Thasildhar (DT) Mr.Kallapiran are unreasonably rejecting my application. So I appealed to DRO Mr.Ravichandran who ordered DT Mr.Kallapiran for an enquiry of my blood relations. But the DT has issued End of Statement without conducting proper enquiry. Since our caste has been declared as backward class in 1985 ,my father’s Service Register (SR) did not have caste specifications, only religion “INDIAN CHRISTIAN “ is specified. The DT and VAO are torturing us by questioning the SR.,Though we have other proofs. Though we have honestly submitted all the documents both VAO and DT have refused us. But the VAO issued the same certificates to others. Also both VAO and DT have wasted my time, money and energy. So I could not join my job. Though I myself and my brother have all exceptional talents, we could not get our caste reservation benefits. I herewith have attached our Transfer certificates ( TC) copies with my father’s SR copy And proof of community from my caste union. I hereby humbly request you to help and save our future. I assure that I will cooperate with all enquiries. Thank u very much.

Honourable Sir, Please give high importance and priority in solving the water scarcity in the suburban areas like Chromepet, Pallavaram etc. The daily living is become total night mare without water. Entire of chromepet is so much dependent on the water tanker and the palar water service. I request your honour to do something to help out the people of chromepet during this sever water shortage time and also in our street before election municipal office started the work for laying a new road but uptill date it was not completed.It is very difficult to walk in the street. Thanks a lot sir.

worst road condition ``````````````````` There are some 200 families in our village .we face worst road condition in our village of kakanallur,T.K,Uttiramerur,Dist-Kancheepuram .even an ordinary man cant walk on the road.how can al so pregnant woman and old aged people.student,farmer,to walk in damage Road,Kancheepuram dist official has not taken any steps to correct it.its in a very poor condition.we believe in you.and also I wrote so many letters continue,more than TEN YEARS to C.M Cell,P.W.D Minister,Uttiramerur M L A,Collector of Kancheepuram Dist,Tahsildhar,B D O,E.O of Uttiramerur,but "NO STEP" Still know, pls look in to the matter and lay a fresh road.we all will be thankful to u forever.

CAUSING DISTRABANCE TO THE PUBLIC

Dear Thalapathi, Greetings and Best wishes! I congrats for doing a good administration which is taking place in Tamil nadu and this was best administration which every done by an any political party in Tamil nadu since country got freedom. I would like to share some nuisance thing which is happening at raja kadai (Thiruvottiyur). In which one of the Industry (AVM WOODEEN BOX MAKING Industry) which is located at raja kadai where few house from ganga cauery Kalyana mandapam. Where they store the entire wood box which is in finished stage on the road itself which is making public a nuisance to walk on the road. Another think is that the vehicles like lorry and mattu vandi which will occupy most part of the Thiruvottiyur road and it will stand for maximum hours per day. For information today Saturday (24/10/2009) a lorry Number TN-36 B 7474 which is occupying the road and making nuisance. Further; the machine which is used for cutting the wood will made huge amount of noise and dust where it is creating breathing problem. In general they make two pollution which is against the mankind that is AIR POLLUTION AND NOISE POLLUTION. I kindly request you regulate and make a normal living to happen in our place.

Flex boards

Dear Sir, I hope you are visiting Pollachi for bus stand opening on 27-Oct-09. Regarding your vist the DMK party members have kept flex boards all over the town disturbing traffic & There is a very big flex board kept before my shop blocking the view & path of my shop. When I asked the person to remove it he says, only Ex-MLA Mr.Raju asked him to keep the flex board here & cannot remove it. Really a lots of business gets affected because of this flex boards which are absolutely waste of money. Kindly do the needed ASAP.

The opportunities for agriculture graduates in tamilnadu is almost nil. So we are struggling to get the suitable job at our motherland. மதிப்பிற்குறிய துணை முதல்வர் ஐயா ஸ்டாலின் அவர்களுக்கு, வணக்கம், இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் பரமக்குடி வட்டம் அரியனேந்தல் குரூப் தினைக்குளம் கிராமத்தில் இந்து மதத்தை சார்ந்த ஆதிதிராவிடர் குடியிருப்பு பகுதியில்(80 குடும்பங்கள்) வசித்து வருகிறோம்.இக்குடியிருப்பில் வசிக்கும் இந்துக்களின் பூர்வீக தெய்வமான‌ முனியப்பசுவாமியை தலைமுறை தலைமுறையாக வழிபட்டு வருகிறோம். தற்பொழுது கோவிலுக்கு அருகில் பொதுமக்கள் அமர்ந்து செல்லும் பொருட்டு அரசுக்கு சொந்தமான புறம்போக்கு நிலத்தில் மரக்கன்றுகள் இந்து ஆதிதிராவிட பொது மக்களால் நடப்பட்டது, அந்த மரக்கன்றுகளை பெரும்பான்மை கிருஸ்தவ மதத்தை சார்ந்த சிலர் பிடுங்கி எறிந்த நிலையிலும் அந்த அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலம் கிருஸ்தவ உடையார் சமூகத்திற்க்கு பாத்தியப்பட்டது என உரிமை கொண்டாடியும், அப்புறம்போக்கு நிலத்தில் குப்பை கூழங்கள் கொட்டுதல், புடலை பூசணி பந்தல் அமைத்தல், கழிப்பறை இடமாக பயன்படுத்துதல் போன்ற ஆக்கிர‌மிப்புகளை செய்தும், இக்கோவிலுக்கு அருகில் உள்ள அரசு புறம்போக்கு இடத்தை சிறுபான்மை இந்துஆதி திராவிடர் மக்கள் பயன்படுத்தகூடாது என்று அச்சுறுத்தியும், துன்புறுத்தியும், மிரட்டல் விடுத்தும் வருகின்றனர். எங்கள் மக்களின் வாழ்வாதார பிரச்சனைகள் ஏராளம் அதில் பலவற்றை இணைக்கபட்ட மனுவாக‌ இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரிடம் கடந்த 19.10.2009 அன்று குறைதீர்க்கும் நாளன்று அனைத்து மக்களும் சென்று கொடுத்து வந்தோம், மனு எண்:4693/2009 அரசு பதிவு எண்: 246 வருவாய்துறை சார்பு, http://www.dinamalar.com/district_main.asp?ncat=Ramanathapuram இதுபோல் பல மனுக்கள் கொடுக்கப்பட்டும் சரியான நடவடிக்கைகள் இதுவரை எடுத்ததாக தெரியவில்லை.இந்த முறையும் அப்படி நடவடிக்கை இல்லாமல் போக கூடாது என்ற நோக்கத்தில்தான் இந்த கோரிக்கையை அனுப்புகிறோம். நாங்கள் மனு கொடுத்த இரண்டாவது நாள் எதிர்தரப்பினரும் ஆட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில் மனு செய்துள்ளனர்,அதில் நாங்கள் அந்த கிராமத்தை சார்ந்தவர்கள் இல்லையென்றும் 2 கி.மீ தூரத்தில் உள்ள வேறு ஊரை சார்ந்த சமுதாயத்தவர் என்றும் ,அங்குள்ள எல்லாம் அவர்களுக்கு மட்டுமே சொந்தம் என்ற வகையில் குறிப்பிட்டு உள்ளனர். (உ.ம்: சமுதாயகூடம், மகளிர் அரசுசுய உதவிகுழு கட்டிடம், நியாய விலை கடை, ஊராட்சி மன்ற கட்டிடம், மயானசுற்று சுவர், பொது கழிப்பறைகள், இரு குடிநீர் தொட்டிகள், கலையரங்கம், நூலகம் (ஒரு நூலகமும், ஒரு குடிநீர் தொட்டியும் மட்டுமே ஆதி திராவிட மக்களுக்கு உள்ளது)). 5) கிராம பஞ்சாயத்தின் கீழ் வரும் அனைத்து அரசு வேலை வாய்ப்புகளையும் எங்கள் ஆதிதிராவிடர் சமுதாயத்தில் தகுதியான நபர்கள் இருந்தும் முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படாமல் புறக்கணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.(உ.ம்: ஊராட்சிமன்ற எழுத்தர், மக்கள் நல பணியாளர், துப்புர‌வு பணியாளர், நூலக புத்தக பராமரிப்பாளர், குழந்தைகள் நலமைய சத்துணவு உதவியாளர் மற்றும் அமைப்பாளர்) 6) ஆதிதிராவிட மக்கள் குடிக்கும் குடிநீர் வரத்து அவர்களின் கட்டுப்பாட்டில் உள்ளதால் வாரத்திற்க்கு இருமுறைகூட தண்ணீர் கிடைக்காத அவலநிலை உள்ளது. 6)ஆதிதிராவிட குடியிருப்பு பகுதியில் உள்ள நூலகத்திற்க்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட புத்தக பராமரிப்பாளர் பணிக்கு தகுதிவாய்ந்த ஆதிதிராவிட முன்னால் ராணுவத்தினர் இருந்தும் கிருஸ்துவ உடையார் இனத்தை சேர்ந்த ஒருவருக்கு பணி வழங்கி நூலகம் செயல்படாத அவல நிலையில் உள்ளது. 7) கிருஸ்துவ குடியிருப்புக்குள் அவசர தேவைகளுக்கு கூட இருசக்கர வாகணங்களில் செல்லமுடியாத வகையில் முகப்புகளில் முண்டுகற்களை ஊண்டியும்,தடைகளை ஏற்படுத்தியும் ஆதிதிராவிடர்கள் உள்ளே வரவிடாதபடி பிரிவினையை ஏற்படுத்துகின்றன‌ர். மேற்கண்ட அவல நிலைகளை களைந்து ஆதிதிராவிடர்களுக்கான அடிப்படை உரிமைகளை பெற்று வழங்குமாறு மிக பணிவுடன் வேண்டி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். இப்படிக்கு, தினைக்குளம் ஆதிதிராவிட கிராம பொதுமக்கள், கோரிக்கை மனு: அனுப்புனர்: ஆதி திராவிட பொதுமக்கள், தினைக்குளம் கிராமம், அரிய‌னேந்த‌ல் அஞ்ச‌ல், ப‌ர‌மக்குடி வ‌ட்ட‌ம், இராம‌நாத‌புர‌ம் மாவ‌ட்ட‌ம் . பெறுந‌ர்: உயர்திரு,மாவ‌ட்ட‌ ஆட்சிய‌ர் அவ‌ர்க‌ள், மாவ‌ட்ட‌ ஆட்சிய‌ர் அலுவ‌ல‌க‌ம், இராம‌நாத‌புர‌ம் மாவ‌ட்ட‌ம். ஐயா, பொருள்: இந்து ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களின் கோரிக்கைகள். இராமநாதபுரம் மாவட்டம் பரமக்குடி வட்டம் அரியனேந்தல் குரூப் தினைக்குளம் கிராமத்தில் இந்து மதத்தை சார்ந்த ஆதிதிராவிடர் குடியிருப்பு மக்களின் வாழ்வாதார கோரிக்கைகள் பின்வருமாறு. 1) முனியப்பசுவாமி கோவிலுக்கு அருகிலுள்ள அரசு புறம்போக்கு நிலத்தில் மரக்கன்றுகள் நட அனுமதி தர வேண்டியும், அந்த நிலத்தை அனைத்து தரப்பினரும் பயன்படுத்தும் வகையில் நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறும் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். 2) கிருஸ்த‌வ‌ உடையார்க‌ளுக்கு சொந்த‌மான‌ செங்கல் தொழிற்சாலைக‌ளுக்கு எங்க‌ள் ஊராட்சி குடிநீரை விநியோக‌ம் செய்கின்ற‌ன‌ர் அத‌னால் எங்க‌ள் ஆதிதிராவிட‌ர் குடியிருப்பில் வ‌சித்துவ‌ரும் ம‌க்க‌ளுக்கு த‌ண்ணீர் ப‌ற்றாக்குறை ஏற்ப‌டுகிற‌து, என‌வே இந்த‌ அத்துமீற‌ல் செய‌ல்க‌ளை உடனே தடுத்து நிறுத்த‌ வேண்டியும். 3)ஆதிதிராவிடர் பகுதியில் உள்ள குடிநீர்தொட்டிக்கு தண்ணீர் பிரிக்கும் உரிமையை ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களுக்கே வழங்குமாறும், காவேரி கூட்டுகுடிநீர் எங்கள் பகுதி மக்களுக்கும் கிடைக்கும் வகையில் ஆவண‌ செய்யவேண்டியும். 4)ஆதிதிராவிட‌ ம‌க்க‌ளுக்கு அர‌சால் வ‌ழ‌ங்க‌ப்ப‌ட்ட‌ அனைத்து ச‌லுகைக‌ளும், பணியிடங்களும் ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களுக்கே கிடைக்கும் வ‌கையில் வ‌ழிவ‌கை செய்யுமாறு வேண்டியும். 5) அரசு கோப்புகளில் தற்பொழுது உள்ள ஆதிதிராவிடர் காலனி என்ற பெயரை நீக்கி, அனைத்து தரப்பு மக்களையும் தினைக்குளம் கிராமம் என்றே பெயரிலேயே அரசு கோப்புகள் அமைக்கும்படியும், சான்றிதழ்கள் வழங்கும்படியும் வேண்டியும். 6) எங்கள் பகுதியிலுள்ள போக்குவரத்து சாலையானது கண்மாய் கரை ஓரத்தில் அமைந்துள்ளது எனவே மழை காலங்களில் மண் அரிப்பை தடுக்கும் வகையில் சாலை ஓரங்களில் தடுப்புசுவர் அமைத்து தரவேண்டியும். 7) ஆதிதிராவிட வகுப்பு மக்கள் சுதந்திரமாக கிருஸ்துவ உடையார் பகுதிகளுக்கு சென்றுவர‌ முண்டுகற்களையும், தடைகளையும் அகற்ற வேண்டியும். 8) எங்கள் பகுதி மதுரை மண்டபம் தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலையில் இருந்து 2 1/2 கி.மீ தொலைவில் அமைந்துள்ளது எனவே மக்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளி மாணவர்களின் சிரமத்தை கருத்தில் கொண்டு ஆதிதிராவிடர் பகுதி வரை போக்குவரத்தை ஏற்படுத்தி பேருந்தை இயக்குமாறு வேண்டியும். 9)ஆதிதிராவிட பகுதி மக்களுக்கு சொந்தமான முனியப்பசுவாமி, அம்மன் மற்றும் அய்யனார் கோவில்களுக்கு மின்சார வசதி செய்து தரும்படி வேண்டியும். மேற்கொண்ட கோரிக்கைகளை நிறைவேற்ற வேண்டியும்,ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களின் அரசு உரிமைகளை ஆதிதிராவிட மக்களுக்கே வழங்கும் படியும் மிகவும் பணிந்து வேண்டிக்கொள்கிறோம். இப்படிக்கு, தினைக்குளம் ஆதிதிராவிட கிராம பொதுமக்கள்,

Anti-Hindi Struggle-Part of History 1963-68 unknown

I would like to bring to Dy.CM's attention a bit of history in the Anti-Hindi struggle during the period 1963-68 when I was also instrumental in ensuring DMK's victory in the Elections of 1967. A lot of information available in www.scribd.com under my name "Vedu Mitter". Where would the present day IT revolution be if it were not for the Official Languages (Amendment) Act 1967? 1967 was a student revolution and Kalaignar was one of the inspiring leaders besides Anna and Rajaji.

Dear Sir, I completed my MBA in 2007 and i joined in software development company as a HR Executive due to high recession in US Market my company become heavy loss and they lay off 50 peoples including me for past three months i am not getting any jobs i am really suffering regarding my job less situation. Unemployed Jail warden daily wages

Respected Sir, I had been appointed as Female Jail warden on 21.10.1986 through Employnment exchange as a daily wages (temporary basis). During the year 2006, 23rd February, I was given break without any intimation. Having served for more than 20 years of service, but have not been regularized.
