violation of goverment norms

Dear Sir At the outset I would like to convey my sincere thanks for taking Tamil Nadu to greater height month on month ,year on year.I am sure under your steward ship our state would attain the no 1 status soon and there's no other state in the whole of India is working on such innovative schemes benefitting the people. While take this opportunity to thank you for all the astonishing programs you are spearheading successfully,I also would like to bring to your kind knowledge on a presumably violation of the fundamental law by land lord in the area where I live currently. The building next to my residence seems to be constucted without a proper approval( this is sincerly my assumption Sir) and is awaiting for Sewage and metro water connection for a long time.In absence of a proper sewage connection the owner has dug a small pit ( not a septic tank) to dispose the human waste in to that, polluting the whole ground water around and all our repeated request has been in to his deaf ears. It is very surprising to note that while the sewage and water connections are not given for some reasons,it is extremely shocking to note that the TNEB supply connection has been given since many months.The entire colony people are raising thier eyebrows when they hear about this mystery without able to know the root cause of this. The address of the subject site is " Old no 17 Canara Bank Colony ,Saligramam,Chennai 600 093. The housing site is located opp to house no 19/11 canara Bank colony. I would be greatful if the state authorities are able to quickly look in this serious environmental violation and fix the same for the benefit our colony people. With best regards M.K.Ganesh

Huge Sewage Problem

Honorable Dy.Chief Minister Sir, First of all let me congratulate you for all the welfare measures you and your government has implemented in our state and also for the projects which are in different implementation phases. I would like to bring to your kind notice that we the residents of Dev Aparments, Old.No.32 New No.77 Kalakshetra road, Thiruvanmiyur, Ward No.155 are facing a huge Sewage problem for the past 2 to 3 years. Since our area is low lying the entire sewage water of lakshmipuram is getting clogged before our apartment and the sewerages from our apartments are not able to be sent to the mainstream. Because of this, the sewage water is over flowing from our apartment causing unhealthy environment in our area and the public. In-spite of repeated representations to the CMWSSB, Adyar we are yet to get a permanent solution. We are convinced by the officials that they will look into this every time, but no serious actions are visibly seen until now. There are clashes happening on a daily basis with the public nowadays. As we call Chennai as 'Singara Chennai', I request your good office to kindly look into this and relieve us from our grave concern and make Chennai a true �Singara� Chennai.

Autorickshaws cause huge traffic congestion and extremely high air and noice pollution in chennai. Dear Sir, I would like to high light a few points regarding traffic congestion in chennai. [1]The Main reason for the traffic congestion in chennai are autorickshaws which are plying illegaly without valid permits and without valid licences. [2]These autos park illegaly in all places leading to huge traffic congestion, and when the common public question them they are being abused badly. [3]These vehicles cause huge air pollution mostly because they ply in two stroke engines and cause huge noice pollution by tampering with their silencers [these autos doesnt care about the inconvenience they cause to other drivers on the road because of these huge noice pollution]. this huge noice pollution is particularly rampant in areas like tnagar,guindy and saidapet. [4]In guindy the situation is very worse all the autos unauthoriseldy parked in the bus stand leading to traffic congestion. [5]In addition to this not even a single auto in chennai runs by meter which is causing a huge heartburn for the innocent people of chennai. [6]These unauthorised autorickshaws should be banned for traffic congestion and for the damage they are causing to the environment by air and huge noice pollution,till then chennai will not be free of traffic congestion.

star health insurance complaint

Dear sir, I would like to complaint to you about star health insurance scheme.My father is working as Head constable in TamilNadu police Department.He has Star Health Insurance scheme.My mother recently was hospitalised and underwent laprascopic surgery for small intestine at Apollo hospital.We tried to claim the amount as per surgery list given in the booklet given by Star Insurance but it was rejected saying the laproscopic surgery will not be covered under the scheme.We are middle calss family and we have spent about 2lakhs with difficulty and still she is on treatment.I Would like to raise complaint on Star Health insurance for this issue.There are many complaints from other police department people for the same.My father has given petition to the commisioner of police of sub urban,still there is no remedy till now.So I would like to bring to your notice regarding this issue. honourable sir, please turn ur kind vision to kamarajar thidal of ariyalur .because nobody care abt this ground.childrens and adults do all their wanted and unwanted activities here.they use this thidal as toilet as well playground.schools,church,workshops and many houses around this thidal.many of the students also use this ground as their lunch and snacks place.so plz take remidal steps to save the good name of this thidal.prevent environmental pollution and save health of those kids who r playing and eating there

ADDITIONAL WATER SUPPLY TO VELLALORE TOWN PANCHYAT

Dear sir, As you may aware that vellalore town panchyat has been one of the larger panchayat in tamilnadu and population has gone up like any thing and now the population is more than 30000 so far. Now i learnt that central prison also shifted to vellalore town panchyat. the vellalore town panchyat has sent a proposal to directorate of town panchyat for increasing the water supply from 1100 litres per minute to 1400 litres per minute and i tried to meet mr.rajendran ias so many times and tried to speak with him also many times and he was always busy and not taking any action for the proposal sent by the panchyat and all coimbatore corporation waste has been dumped in vellalore also for your kind inforation and ground water is getting spoiled. we are also taking all the beat but we are not getting support for increasing additional water supply order from directorate of town panchyat and i have sent so many mails and petition also on behalf of vellalore and Directorate is not taking any action. i met mr.swaran singh ias for the same and he said that he would take necessary action only after getting necessary government order from directorate of town panchyat and hence, i would humbly request you to speak to mr.rajendran ias and do the needful. thanks and regards rajarajan r

about road condition

respected sir, thanjavur to ariyalur road is in very very very bad condition.sugar factory and cement factory vehicles are moving in large number here.but the road is not in good condition.it's too difficult to travel in this road especially pregnant women,sick and old peoples.daily they lay the road and do patch work.but no use.so i requested u to take immediate steps sir. thank u

In Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore one Euro Pay Associates Cheated more than 500 crs. from the public. Complaint lodged in Coimbatore Cr.No.102/2009 dt.8-12-2009 u/s.420 IPC & 66 of Money Circulation Act. No action. More than 1 lac. families affected all over India. Case may be transferred to Economical offences and take speedy action in this case.
