Dear Sir, This is my second suggestion about MTC. Recently MTC has decided to divert buses to remote routes during non-peak hours. That's really a good move. It is a Win-win situation for both MTC in terms of revenue generation and public in terms of service availability. Similarly, if MTC can improve services targeting IT professionals and other office goers. Even after the IT corridor the route Adyar Madhya Kailash-velacherry - Thorapakkam, Pallikarani, Siruseri is heavily crowded and too polluted. MTC and metro can improve services in this route which could bring in much revenue. Even there can be services connecting the major IT parks in Chennai helping commuters. Improving services might reduce the 2/4 wheelers traffic in these routes there by reducing pollution. I'm suggesting for TN government to start campaigns on green environment encouraging people to use public transport. For starters if people traveling small distances of 3-5 kms to work start using public transport we would have much less pollution and much less traffic in Chennai. But no Tamil Teachers r appointed in middle schools . controverssial to this other degree holder who r graduated along with us have beenh given with govt. posting. Further,Very high uncontrolled traffic are shown in the place of Triplicane high road & Big st,due to the roadside parking are allowed for Ratna cafe (Hotel)& Mansions.Thus,I request you to kindly look into this matter on behalf of public. Respected Deputy CM, I am one of the 1000s of people expecting lot from your new job and profile. My humble suggestion is as follows: I am from coimbatore city but working in USA. I would like to thank DMK govt for the achievement they did last couple of years in bring new project and making this is one of the top state getting new projects. I really appreciate that. But my worry is that what we call new projects, its 90% going to chennai or around chennai only. Its very very bad development. Its basically improper development. I personally dont want projects at coimbatore but i would like your goverment to start new project in lot of un developed cities especially in southern side of tamil nadu. Now itself you can hear lot of opposition or voices coming that development is happening in chennai only. It create inbalance in development. 4 decades again our CM voiced central that north going up and south going down. Now this is exactly happening in within tamil nadu also. Pls avoid this. Better to stop any new project in chennai. U can say no more project in chennai and migrate all to southern districts. U can provide incentives or tax benefit for those projects. In our neighbour state, TRS is started primarily bz their govt started to concentrate on Hyderbad and sorrounded cities. I wish it should not happen in Tamil nadu also. Pls do the need ful. We actually need the arrangement of SETC tickets online. After booking tickets from KSRTC (Karnataka) I could realize that we don't have online booking for SETC and TNSTC. By bringing online facility, it will help people to avoid time consumption and also it will improve the infrastructure of TNSTC.

Dear Deputy Chief Minister sir, I kindly request you to pay your attention on MTC Bus Fare regulation. As like other I don�t demand for fare reduction, my request is that; please provide best service for the high fare you are collecting in deluxe bus service. There is no difference of running time between deluxe bus service and other service, then what is meaning in charging double fare. Your are a good leader, I think you can understand peoples feeling. I can�t expect this understanding from Department officer. They always don�t think in people�s interest. I write with a hope and suggestion. The best way to bring down time is to change the bus route. For example 519 deluxe service running between Thirupourur and T.nagar via mathyakailash, (while all other service fly through Thiruvanmiyur), a passenger saves solid 15 min. similar you can implement it on other service. For example from T.Nagar to CMBT route no. 27c deluxe bus can be run on 100 ft road, bringing down time considerably. The revenue loss which the officer would be thinking can be compensated with one additional trip.

My first son aged 27, is a Thrombastania Patient. He often bleeds and doctors prefer to give a blood transfer every time he bleeds. We are not rich but I made my son to complete his M.Phil (Commerce) through Madras University. I am not employed and we are from so called Forward Community, didn't enjoy any scholarship offered by the Government. If my son bleeds it takes 24 to 72 Hrs to stop. This is a blood disorder, but not included in any Physically challenged group as the disease is invisible. But it is Hemoglobin deficiency. If he get a job in an government institution or a position as a lecturer in a government aided collage will help him a lot. Will any one come forward? Regards Ramachandran 9444042341

But, then Government have banned to give the diseased government servant's legal heirs. Now, your esteemed Government have released the banned. But, yet I have not received any reply from the Collectorate in respect of the above job. They have not being given any proper response whenever I am asking about that. Dear sir Based on prevailing conditions in tamilnadu,my suggestions for the assured victory in coming assembly elections are 1. select at least 150 constituencies in particular weak constituencies. 2.plan sincerely and assign duties to the reliable persons 3. see that all govt welfare measures reach the deserving people without middlemen. 4.tour all the important places(villages)and supervise the things personally. 5.For this purpose you can stay in a poorman's house in a village. 6.Plan your things so that a common man(APOLITICAL) should go to polling booth and vote to elect you as OUR CM. 7. irrespective of political alignments,DMK should be voted to power and you should become unquestionable leader like Patnaik(orissa),Nitish(Bihar),Modi(Gujarat)and Jothybasu(W.Bengal). 7.Item 6 can be achieved only by you and hence ADMK's dream can be shelved. 8. If Deputy CM, could take action on the Koovam river it will be a greatest achievement of all time. The process can be simple, 1. Divert all waste water towards waste water treatment plants and utilize the water for irrigation purpose. 2. widen and deepen the depth of the koovam river basin clear all debris 3. calculate high tide and low tide and construct dam at the junction of the sea and koovam river 4. allow sea water during hight tide inside the koovam river to flush out the koovam river 5. use backwater effectively for fisheries, Transpotation, 6. this will eradicate lot of diseases. 7. Now coming to the financial part, This project involves Billions of rupees, But if the banks of the rivers are developed into Offices, Residential Appartments, Hotels, resorts there is revenue . The chennai city will look like venice, please take action. Lot of NGO's can be involved in this project, Initial expenses can be covered through world bank. Please do visit Bahrain. Regards.

Respected Sir, The PWD Chief Engineer(Buildings) had not announced the Plinth Area Rate for the year 2009-2010, which is suppose tobe given 01-o4-2009. With this rate only Documents connected with buildings can be valued by the Sub Registrars in the Registration Department. Since the above rate is not yet announced, thousands of documents registered from 01-04-2009 cannot be valued and given back to the public. Inspite of repeated reminders since last month, no action was taken so far. This gives bad name to the Government and the public are facing hardship. Marudeesvarar temple in Thiruvanmiyur has done the following: 1. The temple tank that served as a vast percolation pit is now covered with clay at the bottom and will not harvest rainwater anymore. 2. The bore wells dug on the floor of the tank continue to run 24 X 7 even today (months after the festivities concluded) sucking up precious ground water and filling up the tank only for the water to evaporate under this hot summer sun. Given the fact that Valmiki Nagar is already deprived of Metro Water supply, it is but short-sighted and outrageous that the temple authorities have decided to suck out the little remaining stock of our precious ground water too.

Dear Sir, I am a BE Graduate from Anna university. I have a lot of reformatory plans for the city of Chennai. But not much listeners for me. I do have lot of faith and trust in the government. Here is the plan. Project : Rejuvenating Coovam River (Multipurpose Project): This project has to be handled in four distinct stages : Stage 1: Planning en route (alternate pipelines) of sewage, Stage 2: Identify and place blockades on the path of coovam river (From source to sea) Stage3: Thermal decomposition and bio-thermal energy generation from the various blockades placed Stage4: Promoting tourism and boat transport at coovam river. What I have mentioned above is just a tip of an iceberg and if required I will provide a detailed outline of the project. By doing this we can generate electricity from coovam river and pave the way for tourism. Coovam has always been a grief for chennai and this project will definitely get international visibility and transform chennai into a much beautiful place to live. Thanks Lenin

I am a central govt servant presently in Vienna, Austria for the past one year. As Austria is one of the well developed european countries, whenever I see a facility for public, I pray this should be implemented in India soon. (Little drops of water makes the mighty ocean!) On Public Transport: Here in bus/tram/underground stops, apart from giving clearly the routes ( no posters are pasted on top it !), the timings are clearly given. The operators also maintain the time exactly. We can adjust our watch by the arrival of the public transport. Public transport website: We can plan our trip within city properly. By giving the starting point and end point, we will be able to find out the routes clearly and efficiently. Pl. refer the site http://www.oebb.at/en/index.jsp. Please do not cancel the board examfor 10th Matriculation and State Board exams .Because our tamilnadu education pattern is spoken of very high by north indians. students cannot face the 12th board exams confidentally without facing the 10th board exams.

respected sir, i would like to complaint about our management of the zone4 salem municipal corporation that occured today. i have seen that my water tax levied in my house is revised from october2007.in order to clarify some doubts regarding the tax i have gone to the municipal corporation office dhadhagapatti zonal office.i askedthe persons in the counter and they said the hike tax must be paid,and i ask them who is your authority,they have send me to the ASST.commissioner chamber and i have introduced myself and ask him about if there is any way to convert my commercial water charges to the domestic purpose.But my water connection is used for shop and also for my house.He told me there is one simple way and ask me Rs.15000 to convert water connection to domestic purpose. ihave stunned by asking bribery by speaking with me for just 10 minutes. after that he MR.THANGAVELU.,M.A.,B.L.,said to go and give to the section lady head clerk who was handicapped and named thiru.Lakshmi.iwas stunned and also spoke to the head clerk also and she also said to give 15000 and i replied to clerk iwas not in the position and return to my house and after my enquiry that asst.commissioner in that office was having wrong connection with that lady .i also enquired about that asst.commissioner , all of the officials telling that the particular officer having background with the Mayor and also with the honourable deputy chief minister.so that he gets bribery directly from the public. i have send this suggestions to your site to know these kind of officers misusing your name and the party.so please take necessary action to safeguard the peoples.

In order to control bribery, please make a team to conduct STING operation (like cops/police do in United States) in every govt offices (especially in Sub-registrar offices) and publish on TV, so that it generate fear among those who gets bribe from poor people.
