I am a Doctorate from IIT Guwahati,Assam in Mechanical Engineering Department with specialisation in Biomechanics field. Since I got second class in my BE and ME I am coming under non eligible category of the lecturer position or assistant professor position to any tamilnadu government engineering colleges. In other states, for SC/ST candidates , second class or just pass is eligible for applying to faculty position in their Government Engineering Colleges including Assam Government where I did my Ph.D. Please let me know whether you can do something for this , I would like to work for our country, specifically to my own state which gave me thismuch education. Sir, I am glad to notice that DMK is running a good rule. However, there are very small issues faced by public. Land cost inside and outside chennai is increase very rapidly along with the population. You do have the guideline value for each land, in accordance to the area in which the land is present. Then How come many land owners sell their agriculture land to very huge cost? Which is bought by real estate owners, prepare a layout and get government approval by paying some bribe. Then these real estate people sell those lands for huge profit. For exampleif the land value as per government guidlines is Rs. 3 L, they prepare layout, get approval and sell it for Rs.10L per ground. This is what real estate is all about. But still if the government take necessary action, why cant we bring down their profit, so that even a low income person can think of buying a ground in outer chennai. Please consider this as my request and take necessary action. I know you will/can do it. Any cost is afforadable for those working in IT industry. But think of other public who work in different sectors. Thank you for your understanding.

respected sir......i have one complaint here about my native place regarding the local elections... Sir actually my native is near to salem...and my village leadership is allocated to sc/st peoples....but one person is who is non sc/st who won the election by fooling all the gover,ent wmployee...infact my whole village knows that....his wife is also non sc/st....but she selected as leader of the village..he belongs to AIADMK party...i have full proof for that sir...if i show the proof can i expect some actions against them sir?.................

I am not blaming any particular person but as a whole society. We need to take some immediate steps to improve ourselfs into international level. 1. Pribe less society - This will ensure to reduce most of the problems in the society. You know very well about the situation in each and every govt office. To avoid pribe, law and order should be strictly followed. And also the police department should run independently without any political interference. 2. All the public service members like counsilers, Municiple commissioners, MLAs, Ministers, MPs etc should give their monthly reports in newspaper like how much amount spent in each and every area except their personal expenses. 3. In a monthly basis or weekly basis depending on the availablity, all the Ministers should meet the common people in front of all TV channel (live) to address their question.
