Anbirkuria Annan Stalin Avargalukku, The heavy traffic and a long wait at Porur junction is an acute problem. We know that you are in the process of finding some solution for this also as you have solved the congestion problems in other places. In this regard, I would like to bring to your kind attention that there is a pending proposal to improve the Manapakkam Road which is connecting Mount-Poonamalle road and Porur-Kuntrathur Road. This road starts opposite MIOT Hospital near Ramavaram and passing through Ramachandra Mission, Manapakkam, Mugaliwakkam, Kolapakkam and Gerugambakkam. Now it is a bus route(54F etc) but this road can be better used as a bye-pass road to connect Kuntrathur. Most of the vehicles now touching Porur Junction can take this route if the road is improved, which will avoid congestion at Porur Junction. The improvisation of Manapakkam Road will not be a heavy project as this is already a bus running route. This proposal is pending for a long time but not taking off becuase of some bottle-necks, I believe. Please check and speed-up the Manapakkam Road improvisation project which will connect Guindy and Kuntrathur without touching Porur.

We are suffering from severe water scarcity here, and for that we gave a petition to the Tamil Nadu Water Supply and Drainage Board(TWAD) in Chennai. And they said that a well and a water tank was alloted there and they started digging the well in Palliyagaram sitheri, and before 5 months the process was stopped due to rain. when we enquired about that in the madhuranthagam BDO office so as to resume the work, they said that no such project was alloted in the place mentioned. I would take immense pleasure in conveying my ideas to Mr. Stalin. I would rather be more than happy and obliged if my suggestion is taken into consideration very seriously. The helmet rule is making driving quite difficult these days. We need to understand the fact that we are not in any country where the roads are too good and a highly disciplined road driving. The bikers job becomes tough when driving along with the cyclist and the autos in the city. As obviously, the fact is auto drivers and cyclist come in from no where and drive in the track of the bikers nd de chances of accidents is wider. It is quite difficult to judge the autos nd cyclist. Anyway, i am not blaming the autos or cyclist, as this is the way we have been thought to drive without hardly any road manners or discipline to drive. The helmet rule can b restricted to highways where speed of driving is immaculate. In other situation the helmet wearing can be felt to the comfort of the drivers. As a matter of fact, after the helmet rule had been introuced the death due to accident would have reduced, but the number of accidents would hav increased drastically. Dear Sir, I am happy to see the steps taken by Government to supply all the required food items through ration shops at a reduced price when the open market prices are high. However, in some of the ration shops in Kodambakkam area there seems to be supply constraint. They continue to supply only rice and sugar. The shop keepers say they had not received the supply of wheat, pulses etc. We request you to advise the concerned officials to look into this matter and arrange for supply of all the items that are available in other ration shops in the same area. We will be gratefull to you for your support.

Hello Sir, I thought of starting to address you as Honourable Minister. But on reading about you, I felt that you are too dynamic, youthful and friendly. Hats off to you at the outset on being a trendsetter for other Ministers may be in our state or other states. I am resident of Velachery for quite sometime and traffic is increasing day by day. On one hand I appreciate the Government for providing adequate number of buses from Velachery to different parts of the city. At the same time, the area from Vijaya Nagar towards Gurunanak college is getting congested and very tough for traffic movement. The reason being the Dhandeeswaram market and the other amenities that are located in the area. I am well aware that you are an "infrastructure savvy" person. This might have come to your notice. But still as a resident of that area, I felt that it is my duty also. Is there any plans for infrastructure development in Velachery? Its promixity to the Rajiv Gandhi Road(OMR), increased the population density. So I request you sir, to kindly look into this and may please improve the conditions of the road and a better infrastructure. Other improvements needed : 1. The park near the Dhandeeswaram could be maintained better. It is getting ignored as it is very close to the bus stop. It sports a dull look and losing the attraction from the public. 2. A lot of inhabitants on the road occupying the stretch starting from Velachery towards Tansi Nagar on either side of the road. There are many disadvantages like they may become victims of accidents and also being homeless, there could be lot of other issues. Could you please take steps for this? 3.It would be better if we have a buses Besant Nagar and Adyar. For now we have only 21L that goes around Guindy and Saidapet. It would be better if we have one service via Tidel Park->Madhya Kailash-> Adyar. Will write more to you Sir. Because their husbands usually seen only at Tasmac shops. On top of that it creates lot of traffic hazards. The drunkers without any concern park their vehicles anywhere. Even in front of the residents. When asked they fail to behave properly most of the times. I don't think such a scenario exists in countries like Singapore. Even there people are drinking. They are social drinkers. But not like our drunkards who drink and lie on the streets without even knowing whether their dress is torn or removed. I also drink twice or thrice a year and I know my limitations. I want my country to move ahead but this is not at all a good sign. As a local administrator minister kindly ensure strictest punishment for tasmac customers who behave like a ROWDY most of the times. I belive in you not because of your father. I belive in you becuase YOU HAVE THE STUFF TO DO GOOD.
