Considering peoples interest shown to Common wealth Games and Asian Games-2010, we need to now improve our training facilities for sports and Athlets. If DMK annonces the sports complexes for every districts in the election manufesto, it will very much attract the common and educated people and helpful in TN Election 2011

Let me appreciate all your pains taking efforts to make Tamil Nadu shine in every sphere. Out of envy the opposition camp is sparing no efforts to come to power ahead of election. One of the mean strategy employed is to hire people to spread rumours. They gather in crowded places and market and spread rumours about you and DMK. Unless this is checked I fear that it would affect marginally the winning prospect of DMK party. Please do some thing and stop that malice. DMK is the party of Tamils and minorities. Do not leave this state to power mongers.

Dear sir, My suggestion is The Ward member in each local body can meet the people and get their opinion to do better in their wards. By this all the issue or development in the ward will be better so that the DMK member in the ward will be liked by the people for their performance. so that they can regain their wards. The ward memebr must conduct public interaction atleast once in 1 month initially and later once in 3 months. By the guidance of MLA & MP they can do things better for the people and for DMK.

Hello Stalin. I have a request to you to take an immediate action on the raising rent in Tamil Nadu espcially in Chennai. Very recently the rent for a house has increased immensely which lower middle class, middle class and upper middle class would also not able to bare. Houses with no facility is let for higher rental in each and every area where is no realand proper agreement given which leads to a revenue loss to the govt. Also lot of people are affected because of this huge rent increase. I would request you to bring it under control and make everyones life happy.. cheers!!!

Dear sir, I have one idea to improve Chennai roads. In some roads we can make plastic roofs which is having slope in both sides.During rainy season the rain water can be harvested in the slopes and connected to nearby rain water harvesting place.so no water stagnation and no traffic and road will not be spoiled. And we can fix solar lights in it. It is useful in summer and rainy seasons.

Sir, I am your fan for a very long time. I appreciate your hard work and innovative effort to bring Tamilnadu as No.1 in all the area or Department. I have lot of scope on you and your team to execute any better scheme to Tamilnadu. I have a small suggestion to bring the Traffic discipline in our Chennai City. My few suggestions are 1. Pre-Signaling System - Before 20 feet of the Main Signal, one Pre-signal can be put, so that the Person will not take over speed. (at present due to time system, this have some control but not all the time) 2. Signal Camera can be fixed for those who are deviating 3.Signal vilation can be given to Govt authorised to social Welfare organisation and ask them to collect spot fine of some nomial amount. 4. Those who deviate on traffic rules can be entered in the Licence book , so that who deviate above four times can be given warning to get renewed licence after another training from the RTO. 5.I can work and co-oerate with the Traffic control Dept to execute in all levels. If any thing wrong please forgive me , but i want to associate with your team for any public activity.

It is better to teach the people how to fish than giving them fish. People will remain as only receivers till the end.so, more job oriented and livelihood oriented programmes can help the state shine. Congratulations to what the DMK Govt is doing. My prayerful wishes to all your undertakings. Punishment if someone refuses to go to school.

Dear Sir, Recently you proposed to name Madurai airport after the leader Pasumpon Muthuramalinga Thevar. I believe, we need to look back and we should not repeat the history of bitter incidents. When we had Cheran, Chozhan... etc and Thiruvalluvar for our great TN bus services, we were at top in country in bus transport. Later, buses were named after names of many leaders including leaders who represent certain communities and started the violence to have everyone's or everyone's community leaders, TN government had to revert all these names including the famous and innocent names like Thiruvaluvar, Pallavan etc and named in a very generic term. Now, I feel we lost our majesty of our transports especially "THIRUVALLUVAR". This name made us proud outside TN. Now, we are lost and no identity for our buses. Similar trend should not occur again. Please have a thought before naming the airport after some one. And, my biggest request here is to re-instate the names of our buses to the very original names as Cheran, Chozhan, Pandian, Pallavan, Kattabomman and Thiruvalluavar. This will make us proud and distinct in India. Thanks for listening to us and make TN proud.

Being Tamil as Official Langage of Tamil Nadu, the finantial transactions are to be in Tamil calender viz Thruvalluvar calender. Now Thai-1 falls on 14th Jan. Thai-1 is to fitted with Jan 1 (or 3), which will be the correct day for new year, sceitifically and also there will be no financial probem. Detailed proposals already sent to the Government and being examined by Director, Tamil Development and Secretary, Tamil Development. There should onr Calendar for the whole of the world. All vernacular calendars are to be localised with the Gregorian Calendar, now being followed word over. So, already the Tamil Nadu Government moved forward in this direction and it is further to be moved and fitted from 14th Jan (Thai 1) to 1st Jan (Thai 1). i hope Tamil Nadu Government will Take the Glory of Thiruvalluvar not only to India but also the Entire World, in due course. to achieve this goal, first it should be implemented in Tamil Nadu, then in India, and then, all over the world. Please do the needful. Please see my proposals, with the Government. Thanking you. Yours Sincerly A.R.Amaithi Anantham

Dear Sir I would like to just high light a few points regarding vehicular pollution in Chennai . Sir one of the main contributors of air and noise pollution in Chennai are the autorickshaws in Chennai. These vehicles remove their silencers and run on main roads like main roads as well as interior residential areas which is illegal as per transport rules and cause huge air pollution as well as noise pollution which is untolerable for fellow motorists. Driving in Chennai has become treacherous because of these highly polluting autorickshaws. All these autos run by petrol and huge air pollution doubles the poisonous gases effect on the innocent people who are driving on the road as well as in residential areas .Sir as u have said in the paper itself air pollution is main cause of respiratory diseases and cancer also these petrol driven two stroke autos are the main contributors of air and noise pollution in Chennai. The pollution from petrol driven vehicles has far more noxious fumes than pollution from diesel driven vehicles which severely affects the innocent people. The other thing is Most auto drivers modify the silencers as a result of which it becomes very loud. The noise is deafening, when they drive at high speeds. Apart from this, most autos also emit noxious fumes which are harmful to the environment. Sir It would be very helpful for the innocent public if action is taken against the autos which remove their silencers and ply and cause huge noise pollution which is dreadful for senior citizens and well as innocent school going children whose hearing is getting damaged and spoils their studies. These autos are very rampant in all the places with the city limits likes numgambakkam, tnagar etc. These autos park illegaly in all places like bus stands and obstructs the people who are boarding the buses ,leading to huge traffic congestion, and when the common public question them they are being abused badly. Sir since BS IV norms have been brought to the four wheelers the pollution from these vehicles have vastly reduced .the same way there should be some pollution norms for autos also sir.these vehicles in discriminately pollute the environment in Chennai and severely affect the other innocent people. Please ban these autos in Chennai sir. Sir I would like to just highlight as per a article in some newspaper these highly polluting and noisy can be replaced by some electric vehicles or some other vehicle like tata ace which looks more or less like auto but a four wheeler which would drastically reduce the air pollution . According to a recent a goverenment study POLLUTION is growing at an alarming pace and Chennai has the second largest decibel level (84) while the desirable is supposed to be something much lower (55).the main reason is the tampered silencers of autos which make a thunderous noise.which is very harmful to small infants, children and elderly people leading to high BP because of the continuous exposure to huge noise from autos. These tampered silencer autos are making a thuderous noice in residential areas also. These autos park illegaly in all places leading to huge traffic congestion, and when the common public question them they are being abused badly .

Respected Sir, I am a resident of Kamarajar Colony, Kodambakkam. During Deepavali Season, the local people here are bursting crackers in streets, main roads and other public places which are big nuisances to all sick people who have heart and lung aliments. I agree that Deepavali is a wonderful festival but it can be celebrated with concern for all. For example in foreign countries like USA they have common grounds for lighting or bursting or discharge of fire works and that to within a fixed time. Now under your administration if a similar Section/Rule can be initiated then Chennai will truly become a green city. In a press release, Commissioner of Police T. Rajendran said the Madras High Court in its order on 29.6.2006 had directed that fire crackers should not be sold or stored on roads, pavements and public places during the festival season. But if you drive through the Arcot Road, you will find shops on the pavements. May be the police can do something about this under your direction. Best Wishes, Sangeetha

Dear Sir, I am a great admirer of your management skills and the works that you have done to improve the standard of Chennai city. I would like to bring forward a suggestion regarding beggars. Sir, the problems caused by beggars are increasing everyday. It projects the face of our Chennai being poor and unclean. Its difficult to eradicate beggars but I suggest there are alternatives. The beggars can be made reside in a particular area thus preventing them fro begging in public transports etc., and they can be employed in infrastructural developments of that area or cleaning the area, watering and protecting plants in roadside, make the area look clean and tidy, etc. And every week or so, they can get their rewards from that locality people as a token of their hard work towards improvement. Though this is not an urgent problem to be resolved, I guess it will really pace up the infrastructural growth of Chennai. So kindly look in to this and take a necessary steps. Thanks in advance. Regards, Vijayabalaji
